Kelly helped us find the perfect home. We had a very specific price range and difficult set of requirements which narrowed the available houses and we ended up looking all over the area. Kelly never gave up and found us the perfect place. We looked at houses in the 5 county area and made lots of trips. She showed us many houses that were in the correct price range and with the right features until we eventually found the perfect one. She was very helpful, responsive, and quick to get us the details for each listing. We couldn't have done it without her. The sellers agent was very difficult and demanding but Kelly dealt with it. We knew little about the home-buying process and ended up purchasing a fixer upper with 203 K streamline loan which made the process difficult but Kelly kept us going and it all worked out just like she said it would. We are now going to have her list our previous home. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Kelly McLaughlin at Mad Chase Real Estate through my mortgage company. It was my first time buying a house and I didn't know the first steps about it. I sent her a list of homes I wanted to see and she promptly set up a convenient time for us to meet. She wasn't like the real estate agents I had seen on TV or heard about from family or friends. She was very professional yet laid back and honest. She never once tried to sell me on a house (knowing she might make more money). She always kept my needs and preferences in the forefront of her mind at every house we looked at. Kelly was very patient with my thousands of questions and explained the whole process in a way I could understand. She met with me many many times to look at houses and seemed just as enthusiastic as I was about the process, plus above all she seemed to know so much more about houses than just selling them. She knew how much it would cost to fix things, what is easy to fix and what isn't, and could help me picture my own things in the place instead of just walking around empty houses. She was also very knowledgeable about the Indiana Housing programs and could advise me on which ones to talk about with my mortgage company. I will always return to Kelly if I ever want to buy a house again and I'll always refer her to friends and family. She didn't seem like a real estate agent, she seemed like a smart friend house hunting with me.
