first of all he came out and gave us an estimate of 5,900.00 which we agree, to, and then he did a drawing of what he wanted, to do which we made some changes to and then came back with what we wanted, so we hired him. we gave him a 2,500.00 deposit. then when it came time for him to start he called and said that he was tied up pushing snow, then one day he showed up out of the blue and started laying the paving stone after removing what was down before then left around noon did not see again for a few days and then showed up again and did a little more work on the paving blocks. he left again about mid afternoon and returned a couple of days later and supposedly finished paving stones, as it turned out the stones were not level and were not sealed between the stones with what ever they seal them with I think it is sand and again left about mid afternoon and returned about four days later and started the handrail around the deck then put most of the post up and then came back the next day and finished the post. He then informed me that the deposit had been used up and then said that he would put an invoice to-gather and bring it with him when he came back to finish the deck he did that and proceeded to work on deck putting bottom rail and metal uprights in he did this the rest of day. I was not satisfied with what had been done so I told him so as the uprights were not plumb and told him not to come back again. I asked him if he wanted to come by after his money or did he want me to send it to him he said send it to him and I did and I have not seen him since .I paid him a total of 4,200.00.

They were very professional and they did a great job. We were very pleased.
