Buying a home for the first time can be incredibly stressful. Michael went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. He personally guided us through applying and being approved for our home owners loan. We felt so comfortable because he was so upfront about everything we could expect during this process. He took time to listen to the must-haves and the price range we needed to stay in. Michael was available anytime we could be for a showing and always provided multiple selections each time we met. Incredible follow through to get listing but then all contact dried up. When we sought updates, we received repeated promises which were never followed through. We sought updates on no fewer than four separate occasions. Each time we received assurances that we would receive the update requested but we never received the information.
