Landscape Enhancements

Terrible. In the processing of trenching, they cut my cable/internet wire. I had a tech out the next day to repair. He coded the invoice so I would not be charged an additional $55 trip charge (they charge if it is due to homeowners' damage/fault.) Dennis used this aberration to accuse me of falsifying this claim. He did not even come out to the site to inspect for himself before accusing me dishonesty. The damaged wire is in clear view & the repair job is apparent. I tried to explain why the invoice does not indicate he cut a wire, but to no avail. He terminated our contract. He did not charge for the trenching done. However, there is now a pile of dirt/grass for me to remove. He came highly recommended by my neighbor, but we will not be using his company anymore. Unfortunate situation, but I feel like he handled it unprofessionally.

We told them that from the last mowing we wanted all of the dead grass picked up. When I got home from work, I saw all of the dead grass just left there. I called to tell them that i was no satisfied and he said that he took 9 bags of clippings away and that his lawnmower wasn't a vacuum cleaner and that it should have been a no brainer to go pick up all of the dead grass ourselves. He pretty much told me that if he didn't get his $50.00 that he would send my bill to collections and to not ever call him again. Well, I wasn't planning on calling him again anyway. I didn't ask for my bill to be lowered or anything. I just was hoping that he would come back out and fix the problem.

He's very thourough, and is very responsive. Will come immediately.
