The design process was extensive but Mike Teipen did an admirable of completing the project from start to finish while coordinating multiple areas of the home. When problems arose before and after the project was completed, Mile Teipen fixed them in an efficient and timely yet thorough manner.

He was very nice and courteous. We decided to go with another company because they offered more at a better price.

In two of the areas, particularly the master bath, the area with which he had to work in terms of design was very challenging. His final design was incredible and captured all of our wishes. The kitchen and master bath all had custom cabinets. He did an incredible job of incorporating custom with ready made cabinetry in order to keep the cost down. The matching was impeccable. I consider him to be of high integrity, easy to work with and accessible when planning and installing. I would use him again.

Mike was wonderful to work with. I called him to see if he could repair the drawer, and he was more than willing to help. Mike was so kind, he did not even charge me for the work that he did! I was overwhelmed with his act of kindness. I would highly recommend Kitchens by Teipen. Their work is beautiful.

COST IS PER JOB. MIKE TEIPEN IS THE BEST KITCHEN DESIGNER IN INDIANAPOLIS. HIS CABINETRY IS EXQUISITE. IT'S THE MOST USEFUL KITCHEN I HAVE EVER HAD. HE IS DELIGHTFUL TO WORK WITH.

WE BEGAN CONTRACTS IN MAY AND THEY DIDN''T BEGIN WORK UNTIL SEPT. THE BATHTUB WAS USABLE BY NOV, BUT THEN I HAD TROUBLE WITH BOTH THE TUB AND SHOWER LEAKING. THEY STOPPED THE LEAKS BUT BLAMED THEM BOTH ON SUBCONTRACTORS, THE SPA MANUFACTURER AND THE MARBLE INSTALLER. I HAD TO PAY $600 FOR REPAIR OF CEILINGS AND HARDWOOD FLOORS. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME. I INITIALLY REQUESTED THAT THE SPA MOTORS BE ACCESSIBLE AND THEY PLANNED TO PUT A MARBLE SLAB ON THE SIDE THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVED BY THE MARBLE COMPANY BEFORE WE COULD ACCESS THE MOTORS. I TOLD THEM I WANTED BEADED BOARD SO IT COULD BE REMOVED. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $300 TO SUPPLY THE BOARD WHICH WAS HELD ON WITH VELCRO. IT WARPED AND LOOKED TERRIBLE. I HAVE SINCE PAID TO HAVE A ENCLOSURE DONE. SO THAT IS ANOTHER $150. ALSO, THEY POSITIONED ONE MOTOR SO IT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE AT ALL AND THEREFORE THE BUBBLES THAT SOFTEN THE JETS DO NOT WORK.

IT TOOK THEM 4 MONTHS TO FINISH A 5 DAY JOB. COMMUNICATION WITH THE SUB CONTRACTOR WAS BAD. HE WOULD SHOW UP AND NO MATERIAL WOULD BE DELIVERED. 2 FAULTY FAUCETS WERE INSTALLED. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR SEALING OF THE TILES.THEY SAID IT WAS NOT NEEDED, BUT THE TILE SHOP SAID IT WAS VERY MUCH NEEDED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. BUILT A MODEL OF THE COUNTERTOP TO ENSURE ACCURACY. VERY IMPRESSIVE TEAM OF INSTALLERS THAT WERE DONE IN ONE DAY.

DESIGNER WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND CONTACT AT ANY TIME. SHE WAS ABLE TO INCORPORATE EVERYTHING I DESIRED IN A SMALL SPACE.
