I met Suzanne Albany of the Scott Smith Team by chance when I was house hunting a few years ago and she became my agent. She served me well as a buyer's agent, so I didn't hesitate to call her when it was time to sell. Even though there weren't many comps in my neighborhood, Suzanne gave great advice on pricing my home. I had multiple offers the first day and she helped analyze them and determine the best one to accept. The house appraised for the offer I accepted. This was the fifth house I have bought and sold, so I know the process fairly well. However, dealing with multiple offers was new for me. It was a relief to have an experienced agent providing guidance. I highly recommend Suzanne and the Scott Smith Team.

I do not recommend you use KW Realty. They have a realtor – Laura Burnsed – who is sneaky, flagrantly violates HOA regulations, and is a poor representative of Keller-Williams Realty. There are many reputable realty companies on this site. I strongly urge you to use one of them. If I am going to engage several hundred thousand dollars on a home sale, I want an experienced professional with a sterling professional reputation and a commitment to integrity and high ethics. I do not want to contract with bottom-feeding, fly-by-night hack. If KW attracts these kinds of people, do you want to do business with them? By her actions, clearly, Burnsed reflects KW's standards. And I would not do business with a company that employs questionable individuals like Burnsed. I have attached a photo of Burnsed wandering the hallways of a secured building blanketing her promotional materials in a downtown Indianapolis condo. It is unclear how she gained access to distribute unsolicited advertising materials. This is really tacky. This is bad form. Be smart. Avoid KW Realty.
