Description of Work: Look no further, people, for a general contractor with vision and integrity. Chris Johnson and his team provided a complete remodel of our upstairs bathroom and a partial remodel of the first floor bathroom. From the beginning Chris demonstrated a vision for us that made the project transformative for our historic home and the end result was far more exciting that we could have imagined on our own. Workmanship is superior and cost-to-results was an amazing value. Chris' project manager on our site was Eric Biron. Eric and all professionals were prompt, courteous and meticulously attentive to providing a superior final product.

Description of Work: I needed several things done to my exterior siding and windows to address some leak issues. Chris was able to address each issue quickly and successfully. The work included siding replacement, door replacement, installation of Z-flashing and j-channeling, flashing with rubber butyl adhesive flashing, caulking and foaming. Trim replacement and painting was also needed. Each of these was done in a professional manner. The crew even did some extra painting around some windows for me where a previous contractor had missed. I appreciated how fast Chris was able to get all of the different parts of this job addressed and completed.
