Aaron retuned my voice mail promptly and arranged a convenient appointment even though I know they have been busy with the flooding issues. Aaron texted morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment and later in the my day to let me know they were running a few minutes late. Aaron and Nick both came. Both were personal and professional and easy to work with. They repaired the toilet quickly and then made arrangements to return to repair a myriad of items - faucet repair, ice maker repair, janitor sink plumbing. They made suggestions for safety concerns and arranged a furnace modification for our safety. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: Backed up toilet was the most immediate issue with several more problems that need to be addressed.
