No Stars! This guy, Ronnie assaulted me in his store over a refund that I was promised. I have the email from him that states exactly that. He is a dangerous person and I hope the prosecutor puts his *** in jail! I'm 67 years old and not in great shape. I took my sons Iphone for a screen replacement and it failed on the first day. They replaced it and it failed on the second day. On the 3rd attempt, my son took it to a reputable shop and it was repaired with OEM parts. It works fine now so I ask for a refund. They agreed and I made a third trip from Flat Rock to Greenwood. They said they needed the old part for a refund. I went to the reputable store and got the replaced part. Irepairindy did not accept it because it was cracked. I don't know for sure how that happen but possibly during the removal, it was damaged. The owner said no refund. Got nasty, and physically pushed me across the floor, out the door, and into a parked car across the sidewalk. I called the police and it's in the hands of the Johnson County Prosecutor's office. I would not do business with this company. They treat you fine until they have a problem fixing your product. At that point, they become very defensive and blame you for the problem. They are not professional and are posing as a repair business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
