Inside Out Property Inspection LLC

I've used Inside Out for inspections on four houses (2011, 2014, 2014, 2016). As a real estate investor, inspections are very important on my deals. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The reports have excellent detail and are very thorough. I highly recommend Inside Out for any home inspections you need. I originally found Inside Out via recommendation from a well respected contractor in 2011.

Home inspection went great. Jim was professional and very thorough while inspecting the home that my wife and I are purchasing. He also provided is with a detailed report of our inspection that is easily accessible via a website. He was great about staying in touch to coordinate the appointment as well. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

This is the second home that we have had inspected by this company. Jim did an excellent job on every aspect of the inspection and was very detailed and thorough on the final inspection report. He answered all of our questions about the inspection and provided excellent customer service skills. The cost was very affordable and both inspections were scheduled within a few days of the initial call. Would highly recommend this company!
