They were professional and efficient. They just did a basic spring opening and back flow test, but no problems and would call them again.

They did an excellent job of designing and installing the new system, and I'm pleased with how they maintain it.

I found them very easy to work with, very professional, and very quick with the installation. Given the amount of digging they had to do, they did a great job of repair. The explanation on use of the control panel was very informative and easy to understand.

I contacted Indy Irrigation via Angies List and got an immediate response to set up an estimate. Kenny took the time to come out to our house and do a thorough estimate. Kenny also went through all the components of the system and spent a good hour with us explaining everything. We signed a contract and within 2 weeks our system was installed. The crew from Indy Irrigation is top notch they were respectable, courteous,clean and professional. Jose and his crew did great work and were able to get my large yard done in two days. After the crew was finished Kenny returned to go over all the controls and give the system his once over. I did have a leaky head(manufacturer issue) but it was addressed when Kenny was here and was not a problem. I was amazed that the pricing on an irrigation system was all over the board, Kenny beat a quote from another company by $1000 and that was even installing 10 more heads. Overall this company definitely knows what they are doing. If you want the best professional service Indy Irrigation is the company to contact!

Indy Irrigation really seemed to know what he was talking about. He showed a video on an IPAD showing quite thoroughly what they were going to do and what the end result would be. The biggest kicker was the price, so we postponed our decision. He came out to our house twice; once to talk to my wife and once to talk to me. The professionalism was wonderful, his knowledge was wonderful, and he really seemed to care about his job. He wanted his job to be very thorough. He did tell me his price would be higher, because he believes you need more heads than his competitors. His price also included the fee that the city required. If we decide to get the sprinklers I will use him.

I recently gave this company a horrible review due to a misunderstanding. I had scheduled service, my wife had stayed home but we did not hear from them. It turns out they had been to my house but had unknowingly spoken to a neighbor who told them they were not needed at his house so they left thinking they had spoken to me. They contacted me later and explained what had happened and apologized profusely. I had not gotten around to scheduling another company so I told them to come out. They were right on time, got everything up and running and made some minor repairs. I could not be happier.I would recommend them and feel really bad for jumping to conclusions before having all of the facts.

Indy irrigation just installed a complete irrigation system for my home. They were GREAT!! I would recommend them to anyone who needed a new system or service. Kenny the owner is very friendly, informative, respectful and knows the business. We had 5 estimates that were given by various companies, they were not the cheapest, however you get the experience and knowledge that you pay for. From the time that they gave us the estimate, and explained everything to the time that they completed, the communication was great, they let you know what to expect, how long it would take and why they designed the system the way they did. Every square inch of my yard now gets watered!! The system that they installed is super easy to use and get your yard the way you want it to look! GREAT GREAT company!

I called to urgently get my system started, they showed up same day. Very professional, adjusted every head and set the box to water appropriately. Will definately use again!

They showed up on time and got right to work. It took a fraction of the time we expected.

They come when I call them. They are very pleasant and acknowledge me as a regular customer. They are very efficient. The only disadvantage is they have only one line of products.

On a week where the heat index averaged 110 degrees Juan and the rest of the crew did an excellent job installing our in-ground watering system. They spent three days digging in dry, hard, rocky soil to accomplish this. The yard looked terrible while they were working, and when they pulled away you could hardly tell they were here considering the conditions they worked in. Kenny came out and set our controls for us. He walked through the whole yard and system set up with us and showed us how our controls worked. He told us to "call any time" over the next few weeks if we have any questions or problems with the soil settling. Everyone in the crew and office were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Indy Irrigation to anyone who asked.

Indy Irrigation came out promptly and replaced the irrigation system controller that had gone bad. They are professional and do a good job. The irrigation system has been in place for six years and never had a problem until now. Their customer service is top notch and they are a great company with deal with.

I chose Indy Irrigation, because it seemed to be the best mix of professionalism, experience, references and price. Additionally the owner (Kenny) seemed to be a nice and honest guy. The installation went very smooth. The workers from Indy Irrigation managed to install the sprinkler even in areas, which were less than optimal (they had to remove some concrete to get them installed). I ran into the workers several times, and they seemed to be hard working and friendly. After the installation was finished, Kenny (the owner) came by and explained the system in very much detail. While deciding on the package, Kenny and I talked about the possibility to install an additional "irrigation zone" which would water some of my landscaping. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and I believed that Kenny agreed on installing that "landscaping zone" while he thought he did not. Looking at my written contract, this topic was not mentioned and Kenny could have just pointed to the written contract. Instead he insisted on installing the additional "drop zone" for free. This zone required several pieces of hardware and labor, but he declined to accept any form of compensation. I honestly have not experience this kind of customer focus from any company before.

They have been around for some time, and I have had real good luck with them. Kenny, the owner or the co-owner, came out and gave me the quote. He was real good and walked me through what they would do. They came out and installed the system just like he said they would. They winterized it last fall and came out and opened it up this spring; the sprinkler system has been working well so far. Their price was fair. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The whole process went great! They came in and worked very hard. The whole job was done in 2-3 days. They went through the irrigation system and made sure we understood how to run it. If we had any questions they were awesome about answering them and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Things have been excellent! We have been using them for about 2 years.

I called them a total of 4 times that night and through out the next day without any answer or call back. I was able to arrange for the services to be done by a neighbor for free instead. I cannot speak to their ability to perform the work, but their customer service was poor enough that I will not be going to them for service in the future.

Very helpful. Keith did everything he could to accomodate our time schedule. He was very professional and when he said he would be there, he was.

I had a contract with them for turning the system on and off and they also fixed a sprinkler head. They are excellent. They are completely trouble free. I would recommend them highly.

We didn?t use them because I wanted a particular product line and it was not one that they offered. The interaction was great.

Due to a cancellation the contractor was able to get to our installation about a week earlier than we had expected. The workers were courteous and professional. The weather cooperated and the job was completed on time.

They were very responsive & punctual. We had a sewage line break in our yard which the City was dragging their feet to repair my sprinkler system. Once I explained the situation to the technician, he made a special trip for us to get the job done immediately (even though he was busy with a ton of openings scheduled.) He was very friendly & knowledgeable about what was needed & the prices associated to address the issues. I am still impressed he made us a priority! We still need more work done, but the pressing issues are taken care of...job well done.

Came out a couple of weeks ago to fix a leak. Found the leak but the fix didnt take. I called them up and they came back out, re-examined, and fixed the leak, all without charge. They were apologetic about not fixing it the first time and very responsive about coming back out. Great folks. I would hire them again in a minute and recommend them to anyone.

Went very well. They came out and inspected all the sprinkler heads, and replaced one. Also programmed the system because sometimes I have problems with knowing how to do it. They are always very nice and courteous.
