They do a great job.

I've used them for a number of years. I know that they'll come, and they send me a notice with an approximate time. They let themselves in, so they're very trustworthy. They replace anything that needs to be replaced, but don't repair things that really don't need to be replaced. The bill is always reasonable.

I have already contracted with them to service in the Spring. I had called them for a routine service call, they offered to go ahead and take care of the winterization. The guy stuck around for an extra hour. The service call alone should have been what they charged. I really came out on top here, getting a lot more than I expected from their service. They were very thorough.

We made some changes to our flower beds and Indy Irrigation came out and adjusted the sprinkler heads for us at very little cost and very quickly. They replaced some sprinkler heads at a reasonable rate. Overall, we think they provide a good service at a fair price. Cost is for service contract.

We have used Indy Irrigation for years. We have been happy with them. They are growing so much that they may not be spending as much time checking systems prior to leaving the residence as they used to. They opened our system on a Thursday. I had to call them back on Friday when we noticed problems with 4 sprinkler heads. They were back out on Monday and fixed them all. I would, and do, expect this to be fixed on the first appointment. Overall, based upon past performance and their responsiveness to this last issue, we will use them in the future.

The installation was a disaster from the start. The sprinkler heads were above the ground stabilized by pieces of rock/pavement. Large holes yard were not filled back in with dirt. Landscape lighting wire was cut. We had the landscape completed prior to installation so could work around the trees/shrubs, etc. After spending $25,000 trees, shrubs installed, we lost trees because of poor planning of irrigation design. One side of drip line was never connected. Heads were installed outside property line that was marked with stakes. We could not get return calls. Finally, we met with owner. Water poured from underground unit. Unfortunately, workers were sent to repair on own, no supervision. The downspout drainage piping was cut when "repaired by workers." We went through John Deere to get repairs otherwise we would have had to pay a second vendor to clean up mess. Some trees are still in distress. This is the worst experience we have had with any vendor. Close to legal/all documented.

MARK AND HIS TEAM WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. OUR PROJECT WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY. MARK WAS QUICK TO RETURN CALLS AND WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW. INDY IRRIGATION IS THE BEST OF THE BEST.

WAS A DIFFICULT JOB AND REQUIRED TUNNELING AROUND AN IN-GROUND POOL ON A STEEP HILL IN BACK YARD. THE COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD AND WAS CAREFUL NOT TO DISTURB ANY POOL SUPPLY LINES. OWNER WILL DO THE BID ON THE INSTALL. TO CLOSE THE DEAL I ADDED A BIO-GREEN AUTOMATIC FERTILIZATION SYSTEM AND ONCE I SAW THE QUOTE I BARTERED THE PRICE DOWN ON THE AUTOMATIC FERTILIZATION SYSTEM FROM 700 DOLLARS DOWN TO 500 DOLLARS. SHOULD TALK PRICE AND TRY TO GET AN EXTRA SERVICE, I.E. SPRING OPENING. (YOU GET ONE EACH STANDARD. ASK FOR AN EXTRA CLOSING OR OPENING WHICH IS VALUED AT 150 DOLLARS. I TOLD THE OWNER THAT I WOULD SHOW HIS PAMPHLETS TO MY NEIGHBORS AND DEMONSTRATE THE SYSTEM AND SAVED ABOUT 500 DOLLARS AND GOT A TOP NOTCH SPRINKLER SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC IN-LINE FERTILIZATION).
