Description of Work: The contract was originally agreed upon $2900 to remove all the debris on a foreclosure home both inside the house and in the yard. They left with three big piles of bushes and branches in the front yard, claiming they will come back to haul those away. They never came back. During the job, they asked me to pay them segment by segment. When they left, I already paid them totally $2800. I guess the remaining hauling for the bushes and branches did not worth that $100. That is why they never came back. Due to such a poor professionalism, I will never use them again.

Description of Work: I have used Eric a couple of times for his hauling services. He has hauled an old deck I tore down and several overgrown bushes on another occasion. Eric's prices are very reasonable. He shows up on time, at the agreed upon time. He is very friendly and professional. I will be using his lawn services again this spring. Highly recommended.
