+ -1 moreI ORDER A CHANDELIER AND ALSO WANTED THEM TO INSTALL THE LIGHT. THEY WERE VERY RUDE THROUGH THE WHOLE TRANSACTION. THEY WANTED ME TO PURCHASE THE FLOOR MODEL. I OFFERED TO PURCHASE IT AT A DISCOUNT, WHICH THEY REFUSED. WHEN I ORDERED THE CHANDELIER THEY MADE ME PAY FOR IT IN FULL. AFTER REVIEWING MY RECEIPT I NOTICED THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A GUARANTEE ON PURCHASES AND DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I DO NOT FEEL IT IS GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO NOT STAND BY YOUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. I WOULD LIKE TO ALSO NOTE THAT THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE TRANSACTION THEY DID NOT SAY THANK YOU ONCE! I ENDED UP GOING TO ANOTHER INDEPENDENTLY OWNED STORE, GOT ALMOST THE SAME CHANDELIER, CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER, THEY DID NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO PLACE THE ORDER, AND THE COST TO INSTALL WAS $20 LESS!
