The owner tends to tell me that he will call me back and never really follows through with that. He has to still call me back but on the next phone call I will be sure to ask him if he really wants to do the work or not.

Rex was on time with his helper. He had most of the pieces cut, so that made the job go faster. I have been please with the results. The rooms are cooler and the glare has been greatly reduced and the TV's.

REX THOROUGHLY PREPPED THE WINDOWS BY SCRAPING THEM WITH A RAZOR BLADE AND CLEANING, PRIOR TO PLACING THE WINDOW FILMS IN PLACE. WE DID THE ENTIRE FRONT OF OUR HOUSE SINCE IT FACES SOUTHWEST, AND A FEW WINDOWS IN THE BACK WHERE WE HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT NEW FURNITURE THAT WE WANTED TO KEEP LOOKING LIKE NEW, AND AVOID UV EXPOSURE. REX INITIALLY PROVIDED US WITH A FREE ESTIMATE--HE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND MEASURED OUR WINDOWS AND SHOWED US SAMPLES OF THE DIFFERENT FILM OPTIONS. AFTER DECIDING WE WANTED TO GO FORTH WITH THE JOB, REX HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH HIS KNEE, AND HAD TO HAVE SURGERY, SO WE WERE SLIGHTLY DELAYED IN GETTING THE JOB STARTED. WE CALLED HIM AGAIN TO INQUIRE ABOUT GETTING STARTED, AND HE WORKED US IN WITHIN A WEEK OR SO. REX WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND TOOK HIS SHOES OFF UPON ENTERING THE HOUSE, AND KEPT TO HIMSELF WHILE WORKING. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW HE METICULOUSLY CLEANED EACH WINDOW, AND TOOK HIS TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, AND FEEL
