Very disappointed! On 5/18/2019 I sent an email directly to Hoosier Irrigation requesting an estimate for this work. I didn't hear back from them. On 5/28 I sent a request for an estimate through Angie's list, along with two other companies. Again I did not receive a response. This is very disappointing because Hoosier Irrigation installed my system in 2007 and I have used then exclusive every since. Time for a change.

The project went very well. I reached out to multiple outfits months before the completion of my new house. Hoosier irrigation was the best price. Not only were they the best price, they were also the most responsive. Their staff members are very friendly and do good work. I would highly recommend them.

The first thing (of many) I appreciated about Hoosier Irrigation (Kyle) was that he returned my call within 24 hours after I left a message to obtain a quote. He was very professional over the phone and we set a time for an appointment for the following day. I wasn't able to be there for the actual walk for the quote, but my husband was impressed with Kyle's professionalism and knowledge. He left a folder with information regarding the material that would be used as well as the written quote that same day. The next day he followed up with an email, attached the quote again and included a photo slideshow of work preformed to give us a better understanding of the process and encouraged us to visit their website if we hadn't already done so. I did obtain a quote from another company and would have attempted for a third quote, but my calls from other irrigation companies weren't returned until after we had made our decision a week later. We based our decision to go with Hoosier Irrigation on his competitive price and conversation with another customer that had irrigation system installed by Kyle in our neighborhood over 7 years ago and hadn't had any issues (minor) until this year and their response time for service was very quick. Also, no money was requested down. Full payment due after installation was complete (don't hear about that too often!) The day for installation came and Kyle with his crew were there exactly when he said he would be! We discussed the plan and he made sure my additional questions were answered while his crew was already getting things setup. It was a hot July day and they worked diligently until it was completed (roughly 8 hours). I will say the vibratory plow (instead of trenching) was a little scary. For those who love to have your lawn looking great, it was sad to see the cuts into sod that we had painstakingly taken care of. Those areas are on the mend now and will require some extra TLC. It's to be expected with this type of installation. Once the installation was complete Kyle walked me through the Rain Bird ESP-M Enhanced controller and made recommendations for watering times and durations for each zone. (total of 7) This controller is very easy to understand and program. We did have a couple of minor issues the next couple of days, but Kyle and the service tech were in contact with us and the situation remedied to our satisfaction!

They responded quickly to my service request and kept me informed.

They come out twice a year, to open and close our sprinkler system. They're dependable. They show up when they're supposed to. I started using them after I got a recommendation from my neighbors.

Next day repair on spray head & solenoid. All went well, as I expected it too.

I would be using them again in the future.

Great. We have never had an irrigation system but Kyle was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional when explaining everything. He came back out to make some adjustments as our new construction yard settled a little more. We had several other companies quote the job but decided to go with Hoosier and we are very happy.

I use them twice a year and they do a great job. I pay them, they come, and do the work. No hassles or worries.

Checked system to make sure all was well. Left note on door explaining what he had done and said all was good to go for the season. I checked system and it is working as it is supposed to. If you don't have an irrigation system get one it will save a ton of time and money in the long run.

Kyle very punctual for original estimate. We had 5 estimates and his price was best considering he gave us more zones and heads than the other four. We were rained out for first install date but came four days later. I didn't know what to expect on the install and was a little shocked at the yard once they were done, much like plastic surgery on one's face. Within a week the scars disappeared and the yard is looking better every day. Kyle explained fully how to operate and it's amazing how these things work. They nicked a phone line and we were without phone for three days, but At & t fixed it and now all is well. If you are considering having this done expect small glitches such as yard scars (which heal quickly) dirt on driveway and sidewalks(easily hosed away) and mabe a phone or cable line cut or nick (things happen) overall you will love the system and free time from not having to drag hoses around at all hours. I am a yard freak and compulsive about keeping it greeen and thick and this is the ticket.

On April 8, Hoosier Irrigation came to my residence to activate the irrigation system and perform system test. According to paper work left, two valves required maintenance and a service call was scheduled to return by April 31. On May 29, Hoosier Irrigation returned to perform the required maintenance and finish turning up the system. Three of the four valves in the valve box were replaced. The fourth one had been replaced last year. I was told the new valves are better then the ones replaced. The system was tested and finally activated. The cost for the valve replacement was $51.00 parts & labor. My irrigation system was installed by Hoosier Irrigation in Sept. of 2007 and I have use Hoosier Irrigation to maintain it every since. I paid $220 in Feb for system activation, midsummer checkup, and end of season winterization. I am very disappointed at the failure to keep their commitment of providing timely excellent service.

Hoosier Irrigation have done a good job. They are an A all the way around.

Honestly, my husband picked them because he knows the owner. They do a good job, but we are going to research others because we think they are appraising themselves maybe out of the market or not. We are going to apprise others just to be certain. They have been very dependable. When we call them, we always had immediate service type of thing. They explain everything they do. When they are opening, they make sure and tell us if they see any problems. They came to kind of work in a proactive basis. They know the leak that set our well; they tell us that type of thing.

Contacted Hoosier Irrigation for a quote, selected them and began process. Owner was flexible with my schedule and allowed a payment plan. Very organized, knowledgeable and helpful.

They did outstanding work. They were very knowledgeable on how the system works and filled me in on how to use it. They were very prompt in returning my calls and coming to do work. He is an extremely polite guy. It is usually just him that does the work. His name is Kyle Atkinson. They have reasonable prices. I would recommend him to anyone. He is also very neat and clean.
