Excellent work. Even though remodeling is a hassle and an inconvenience. Gregg and his workers tried extremely hard to stay out of the way and limit the time they were working in our living space. Gregg does an excellent job of communicating to the client. He has excellent customer focus and listens to what you want. He also tries very hard to get you what you want at a fair price. We would use Gregg again, especially if we were building a new home.

The work began alright. But there was an early mistake made, whereby the foundation was poured 40 square feet too small. They promised to credit us for this error, which they did. But when it came time for the final billing, the allowances/overages charges were far more that what we expected. We had asked for invoices showing what we were being charged for, but not all of them were provided. On those we did receive we found things we were charged twice for and other things we were overcharged for. They will not send us the invoices or respond regarding problems we still need taken care of in the house. They are merely demanding the money they say we owe (which is not correct) and threatening to send us to a collection agency. When his subs billed inappropriately, he paid the amount they asked without disputing, even though we had discussed the inaccuracies with him.
