 + -1 moreThis was the second computer I brought in to remove a virus. They were completely removed. After the first computer was fixed I brought in another laptop with a minor not related problem. They fixed this at no cost. The second virus was more difficult to remove but there was no additional charge. They are very easy to talk to and provide good advice.

 + -1 moreThe Geek Brjgade service person quickly located the problem and was able to repair my computer. He was professional and very helpful.
Description of Work: My computer was not connecting to the internet . I called Geek Brigade on the morning of the 19th and a representative was at my home in two hours. In less than an hour my computer was working perfectly. The representative restarted the computer many times to make sure it was functioning properly. All of my questions were answered and helpful hints were provided to me to avoid future problems.
