It went very well. Our two installers, John and Shane, did a great job and we would gladly have them again. Besides being experienced and competent, they were clean and careful in their work. They completed the job in two days. The floors look great and exceeded our expectation.

It went well. Jeremy, the sales person was very good to work with and communicated well throughout the whole process. The installers we're professional and did a great job. Everything looks great!

Wonderful!! The sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. He helped us choose the right product for our needs and told us what to expect as far as timeline for installation. Flooring was installed as scheduled and they were done in one day. Couldn't be happier.

Very well, they came the same day I called to measure and then fit me in the following Monday.

We had an awesome experience with Floortech from beginning to end! The installers were awesome and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! I love our new floors!! Looks awesome!!!

Everything went smoothly. The installation went faster than I thought it would. I was concerned about a certain area of the install but was reassured about the warranty and that if any issues surfaced it would be taken care of. It's almost a year since the flooring was installed and it looks great. No issues at all. They moved my furniture back into the rooms which was a plus. Love the flooring and will definitely use this company again.

The Floortech install team was impressive. Jeff was the best. He worked super hard to get the job done, he stayed after hours, he had to make difficult cuts around a kitchen island, and he always seemed like he was enjoying what he was doing. I would recommend Jeff and the Floortech team to anyone with new flooring needs! Job well done Floortech!

Slate bathroom floor was not installed correctly. I has too many sub floors. The carpet in the adjoining bedroom had to have shims put under it by the door way to the bath room and the shims were installed on top of the carpet pad, resulting in an uncomfortable feel to walk on the carpet in that area. The demo work was disastrously bad with no effective method of dust control which resulted in filth in every room and in the air ducts. The sub floor installation was equally as bad resulting in holes in the sub floor which had to be demoed and redone and uneven flooring room to room and by a stairway, which is very dangerous. Just today the owner changed his story again about picking up the carpet and he admitted he will not honor his agreement to pay for dust cleaning. He thinks that more demo work was done in the house afterwards and his and quot;fair shareand quot; is only 50%, even though a clear written agreement indicates otherwise. By the way, he has no actual basis of knowledge about the work done by others afterwards, but stands firm in his inaccurate and frivolous assumptions to the contrary. Now, he is mentioning a and quot;restocking feeand quot; for the hardwood floor that Matt Beecher personally indicated he would use on other jobs. It appears to be a red herring but again he asserts his position zealously! He owes me the delivery and installation charge as a refund for the 50 yards of carpet that I paid for and he owes for a complete and thorough duct cleaning. In addition, he owes for another carpet layer to fix the improperly installed shims in the carpet he laid and for a custom made threshold to bridge the huge gap down from the slate floor he laid to the hardwood floor hallway.

They came out to give us an estimate. They didn't have quite the tile that we really wanted, as we had a very definite idea in mind before contacting them. They brought out some tile for us to look at and tried to work with our desires. However, their estimate came out to be quite a bit higher than we were expecting. My wife called to say that the price seemed a bit high, and the person on the phone told us there was no way we would find a better price. My wife said that we would check to see if that was the case, and the person on the phone seemed quite upset with that. As it turns out, we did find a better price elsewhere. I don’t think it’s ever right to tell a customer that they are wrong. Even if it was true, I think they could have been a bit more diplomatic.

Chad was great to work with on this project. He was knowledgeable on the repair. Reasonable charges for the work performed. Would definitely use Floortech again and recommend to others!

Follow the old adage, and quot;measure twice, cut onceand quot;. I am no longer sure that I can recommend this company. Only the installers seem to have a good sense of what needs to be done. I have now unloaded and loaded the various furniture and assorted items from the room 3 times. At this time it is very difficult to rate this company.

The lady at FloorTech is very good at working with your budget and what you want to spend. If you tell her an amount that you are comfortable with, she will try to help you find what works within that range. Jeff then came out to our home and did the measurement, and determined the cost for moving furniture, etc... Once I put down a portion of the cost, the carpet was ordered, and we had it installed within that same week. I was very happy about that because we had been dealing with ongoing renovations and we were so ready to be finished! They definitely came through for us. Since the install, a couple friends have been by to see the changes, and they both complimented about how nice the padding is for the carpet. The carpet itself is very nice, plush and soft, but the pad really makes the difference, and they use a nicer pad than the standard pad some stores may include. The installers were extremely hard workers and did a fantastic job and were able to finish in one day. They moved our furniture quickly and got things back together once complete. We were pleased with everyone we worked with at FloorTech, and they were always available to answer any questions. When we were trying to decide on the carpet, we did have some questions, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable to assist in making our final decision. I would definitely return to them if I need carpet in the future.

The overall install went well. There was some miscommunication between the owners and the contractors used in our job; however, when this was realized, the owners stepped up and made sure our job got done in time (our furniture was being delivered on a certain date). I would highly recommend the wood/carpet installers used; however, I would ask for a different tile guy the next time around. As with all flooring jobs, things came up that were unexpected; however, the owners did a great job of giving us a heads-up on these problems as well as reasonable solutions. Their estimate was the most reasonable, and even after the add-ons (due to damage to the floor being revealed when the existing carpet/laminate came up), their price was still the most reasonable. The were always available to answer questions and were very accommodating to our timing needs. The owners were always willing to come out and look at problem areas and to answer questions on site. The contractors even came out on the weekend to finish the job on time!

I left work early to be home for the estimate but no one showed. I called the next day and they acknowledged that I had an appointment, apologized and sent Chad out that afternoon. Chad provided a prompt and itemized estimate the next morning which allowed me to pick out some work I could do for cost savings. I appreciated and took advantage of that. I saved $130 for removing and installing the quarter round myself. The installers were very quick and did an acceptable job. There was a lot of saw dust left on the front stoop of my house. The cutting should have been done in the driveway, not along the front sidewalk near the landscaping. Some baseboard trim was removed and I found it was not fully nailed when they replaced it. They may have assumed I would do this when I installed the quarter round. They also did not bring a broom to the job and entered my garage without permission to use my broom. They did explain it later and I did not mind them using my broom, but they should have asked in advance. They had to install 2 pieces of transition along the carpet into the living room. I was surprised that they didn't cut 2 equal size pieces so the cut line would be in the middle. They installed 1 full size transition and cut the 2nd piece, leaving a cut at about 3/4 of the length. I guess I should have mentioned it earlier but I assumed they would have cut it in the middle. They also left a piece of tape over the cut line. I pulled it off a day later and found the cut was off line. It was not a huge deal, but I feel the tape was left to hide the mistake. Overall I felt they did an acceptable job and did it very quickly. I stressed several times that I needed if finished in a few days because of an upcoming appraisal and they delivered. The final product looked good after I installed the quarter round trim.

The people at Floortech are very nice and helpful. They worked with me to find the product for the best price. Everything went fine until the day of installation. There were some mix ups with the installation time and one of their installers seemed to go AWOL. To their defense they worked very hard to get someone else out and get the job done. The carpet itself looks very good and I could not be happier with the outcome.

The price was reasonable. I had priced it and they were 30 to 40 percent less on the product. These people were very professional and they bent over backwards to help me with samples and coming out to measure. They even gave me ideas. They got the job done quickly and came back when I had some questions and issues with the floor. I had called them another time to see if they could get a different product for me on a different job because they had done such a great job before and I was asking them to find something that was pretty difficult to find and they were not really good at corresponding with me. If it is their cup of tea they are just exceptional. The staff is very professional and very friendly and they go out of their way to help out. It is a small business and everyone is very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Do ensure that once they start other vendors will not disrupt the process. Too much starting and stopping caused by other vendors extended the install time.

Overall great experience. Very helpful in selecting carpet for our new home and the installation was done quickly and professionally.

We needed carpet installed in a small 400 sq ft area in our basement along with our stairs and closet. Our entire basement was being remodeled and our contractor suggested we use FloorTech. When we arrived the owner showed us some different samples and told us about the pros/cons frieze carpet since that is what we were interested in. We were able to find a carpet that matched our colors in this style. The best part about this experience is that we really wanted to carpet installed that same week as we had family coming into town - they were able to work with our schedule and have the carpet installed within 4 days. They were in and out in a decent amount of time and the carpet looks great.

Floor tech worked with us in getting the floor installed when we needed it (in between 2 surgeries that I had to have). They gave us a discount for paying cash which nobody else would even talk to us about. The guys worked long hard hours putting the flooring down and we could not be happier.

Floortech called on wedensday before the job started on monday to inform us as to where the installation was to start. On Monday the 26th of August the installers arrived on time. They were very respectful of the residence, pets and us. They went right to work moving furniture. At the end of this day the upstairs loft and bathroom was complete. The next day they arrived and began on the downstairs. upon removal of the carpt there was found water damage that needed attention. They left at the half day point so that the damage could be addressed. Wednesday they returned aand by the time they left the downstairs, stairway and everything was complete. The furniture was back in place and we were very pleased.

One of the things we wanted was there own people installing not subcontractors. They did a very good job but they did end up subcontracting. They were fairly.

Chad and a co-worker installed the carpet and did a fantastic job. We could not have asked for a better installation. They were also very polite and did a great job of preparing the basement floor prior to installing the carpet.

This project took a little while, however, they did a wonderful job. I truly love my new floor.
