They did a good job.

They have good service and they stand behind it. I have probably been using them since 1995. They will take out old carpet and clean up. They do wood, tile, and carpet. We are testing a new product that they have gotten. They will fix it if there is any problems until they get it right. I don't think i would go anywhere else but them because there is no reason to. I can trust them and the are hands on. Everything they said they will do they have done. The owner has made it a personal mission to take care of us.

Their prices were good and they even matched our pricing. The workers came out on time and were friendly and professional. The person that we dealt with initially promised us everything but didn't deliver when it came down to the finished product. I wasn't very happy with the follow through. They did address my concerns though. I wouldn't use them again because I was disappointed with the sales experience.

They were the best price out of all the quotes I received. Very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I've never dealt with a company as good as this one. Everyone is personable and polite. They were fast and did quality work and were very knowledgeable.

The tile is absolutely gorgeous! We are very happy with the completed work. Issues during the job were resolved adequately and to our satisfaction, save one. The job time was quoted at approximately 3 weeks, and took 9. We were given a small amount off our bill as compensation, which we basically had to beg and haggle for. This was our 1st experience with any remodeling, and we felt overall that our job was not as important as others (possibly new house installs), despite being assured otherwise on several occasions. This may be typical of this kind of work, and some may not mind or even enjoy PR, and haggling at the end over the bill, but, it is not our thing. We are not squeaky wheel kind of people normally. So, while we cannot argue that the job is finished spectacularly, we would not personally use them again, because it was too stressful personally for us.

SOLD ONE FLOOR, INSTALLER WOULD NOT INSTALL. WE CHANGED FLOOR AT OUR EXPENSE. YET FLOOR WAS NOT INSTALLED TO ORIGINAL DESIGN. JEFF WAS TO BUSY TO RESPONDS TO US. JEFF RETURNED CALLS AT HIS CONVENIENCE. WE WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN, MOSTLY BECAUSE OF SERVICE, AND INSTALLER.

PERSONNEL IN STORE VERY HELPFUL AND OFFERED TO MAKE SAMPLES AVAILABLE TO TAKE HOME. DOESN'T HAVE LARGE INVENTORY OF LARGER CARPET SAMPLES, WHICH MAKES COLOR DECISIONS DIFFICULT. DID OFFER TO GET LARGER SAMPLE IF INTERESTED IN A PARTICULAR ONE. CHARGES FOR MOVING FURNITURE, ALONG WITH LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR CARPET INSTALLATION. CAME A LITTLE LATE TO MEETING FOR ESTIMATE. OVERALL, PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE. REASON FOR NOT SELECTING WAS CARPET CHOICES WERE LIMITED FOR OUR NEEDS, AND PRICING IS TOO HIGH COMPARED TO ANOTHER QUOTE.

THEY LEFT THE OLD STAIR PADDING UNDER THE CARPET. THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT TOO WORN AND DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED. ONE PERSON TOLD US THAT THE COST OF THE TIE IN AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS WOULD BE COVERED BY LEAVING THE PAD AND THEN ANOTHER SAID NO IT WOULDN'T. WHEN WE RECEIVED AN EXTRA BILL FOR THE STAIR WORK, WE HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR A CREDIT FOR THE PAD. OTHERWISE, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THEY BEAT SEVERAL OF THE PRICES OF OTHER CARPET INSTALLATION QUOTES THAT WE RECEIVED.

CARPET WE BOUGHT CAME WITH A FLAW( NOT THEIR FAULT) BUT THEY DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. ENDED WITH QUITE A DISCOUNT AND ARE VERY PLEASED WITH PROFESSIONALISM.
