i talked to Mark at 10am on Fri.....he and alex arrived at 2pm on Fri....they were done by 230pm....they were friendly, respectful, well groomed, efficient, and reasonably priced....i will definitely be using them for any electric job i have in the future

Mark and Landon are great! Clean up, respectful, punctual, fast, and fair priced! They are the only contractor I feel completely comfortable working at my house while I am not there.

Mark came and gave me an estimate which was super low compared to other electricians. I explained to him that none of my outlets were grounded and that when I had used one of the outlets to play a radio while cleaning my house before I moved in, it actually sparked and smoked and fried the wire of the radio. Mark fix that outlet right then and there at no cost to me even before I had told him that I was going to use him for the rest of the work because he said my safety was more important. That did it! Mark came out on a weekend to do the work and he actually brought his son to teach him the work involved in this aspect of being an electrician which I thought was awesome. They were both super polite and very efficient and now that I have some other electrical work that needs to be done, I will be calling Mark again.

It was on the weekend and they didn't charge me extra. He explained everything and was very nice about everything. These guys were great. He was very informative and explained what would need to be fixed if I wanted to sell the house. He was very reasonably priced.

My computer was having problems because the voltage from the outlet was lower than should be. Gary went to the first place (closet light fixture!) his experience told him the bedroom circuit would be fed from the "upstream" circuit. Sure enough, the manner in which the connection had been made - a common method 37 years ago when the house was built - was dragging the voltage level down enough to cause my problem. Gary redid said connection and BINGO! Problem gone! (This was actually the 2nd time Gary had come to my house. The first time was so satisfying I told him: "YOU are our official electrician!"

They are a fabulous company to do business with. It is a family owned and run business. They do a fantastic job. They are very professional and they clean up their mess. Their prices are very reasonable. They came within 2 days after I called. They were here right when they said they would be.

The job was very reasonable in price. He was very courteous and wonderful. I was very impressed and would recommend him highly. He returned my call promptly and was right on time. He gave me the estimate over the phone and the job was not a penny less. He knew exactly what he needed to bring and do when he got there.

My Dad called me over the weekend with an electrical problem. He asked if I knew of a good electrician he could call. I had recently asked my HVAC man for a referral because I need some electrical work done in my own home soon. I was given the name Mark Fink. Relying on this referral, I gave Mark's name and number to my Dad. His story went as follows: He called Mark Fink and left a message Saturday, not really expecting a call back until Monday. When Mark returned his call right away, he expected to be quoted a premium for weekend emergency service. He said that he was pleasantly surprised to find that the service call would cost no more. Mark was at the door early Sunday morning to troubleshoot and repair the problem. He was punctual, professional, experienced, and a pleasure to do business with. To top it all off, he had everything done in time for my Dad to make it to church! I'm certainly glad to know that I can call Fink Electric for my future repairs.

Mark is a very professional, yet a friendly and relaxed guy. He always came when he said he would and the work took the amount of time he estimated. He was very open to us changing our minds about the amount of overhead lights we need. We build the garage to be an artist's studio, so we were concerned that we would have enough light at night. He also added a couple of extras that were not on the estimate at no charge, such as a light stitch in the closet and outlets in the ceilings for future garage door openers.

He was very nice. He did an excellent job.

Mark is polite, knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to work with! Shows up on time, completes the job in a very timely manner and always cleans up afterwards. He's got a can do, positive spirit and is just a real pro!
