+ -1 moreWe had been told about a product to use to and quot;correctand quot; an issue with painted wallpaper before and quot;mudand quot; could be applied to correct the problem. Shannon Everroad researched the product, determined how to proceed and used extreme care in ensuring we were satisfied with the final look of our painted wallpapered walls. Mr. Everroad was extremely punctual, neat and worked with zeal to ensure we were pleased with our resurfaced and repainted walls. He sanded the and quot;mudand quot; he applied by hand. Mr. Everroad tapered the and quot;mudand quot; to eliminate the distinction of where the border paper was placed. Communication was excellent. Our experience was so positive a future project of a different nature was scheduled to begin within the next few weeks.
Description of Work: Through the school of hard knocks, we discovered our builder had "watered down" the initial paint applied in our new home. So, when we sized our walls for wallpaper, we "thought" we were being prudent. Little did we know our walls would be damaged when we removed the wallpaper 8 years later because the first layer of paint under the sizing was not applied as expected. Our next attempt to deal with the issue was to paint over the wallpaper. This was not a good idea as bad matters were made worse.
