It took over 4 months to get it installed and then installation took 5 days, instead of two. All seemed to go well, and it did work when we needed it. Two weeks ago, I tried to turn on the gas fire. No gas. Called Clif but he was too busy to come out, so I called another company, who sent someone today. He discovered the the valve had been taped closed, so the fireplace would have been useless. I was never told of this. Then this service man said the gas line was not installed properly - but we could live with it, but there were no pressure gauges for gas appliances, and that would have to be disclosed if we sold the house. He installed those. I am now $900 poorer. In addition, the wiring that was done is not according to code for the second electrical panel and will have to be redone. That will be even more. Very scary.

It went good. They're pricing was very good too.

They never once kept a promise or followed instructions that they were given. In fact while they were at our home at a time without our permission they broke a brand new "Mobile Link" monitoring device we had just received from Generac. They also made off with some tools of mine that had been kept in the Generator for future use. If you need a qualified, honest and responsible certified Generac dealer or electrician of any kind, run, don't walk away from Cliff King and Elite Energy Services. There are too many other well qualified dealers who actually earn your business and your money. Don't waste your time and aggravation with this "outfit". Your time, money and energy are too precious to waste on this outfit!
