DEPENDABLE MASONRY RESTORATION

We have had Kent out on three occasions. This was the third time we'd had him out, and I was so anxious to write him a review when I signed up for Angie's list a couple days ago. The first time he came out he cleaned out our fireplace, the second time he came out he used his cement-stuff to re-stabalize and seal our chimney up on top of our roof. The third time he came out was to tuckpoint around the foundation of our one hundred year-old house. He is a great guy, and did most of the work himself. He brought along a hired hand to help him with the chimney. He came in, diagnosed the problems at our house that he could fix (chimney, tuckpointing, and a problem with our porch), and then gave us the opportunity to discuss and call him back. When he came back, he didn't waste any time getting down to business. We all ready reccomended him to someone else who needed tuckpointing work, and will continue to reccommend him to our friends.

After the job was done, problems were noticed by the roofing company. He said he would take care of them but did not. He returned two phone calls, but did not come as promised.
