Description of Work: We were looking to have a deck added to our home. Ralph came on time and when he said he would be here. We talked for a while about what we wanted to do. He brought samples for us to look at, he took measurements. Said he would send us a quote within 3 days. After 2 weeks of not getting any quote from Ralph, I call him today to ask if he sent us a quote. His response was NO I did not. Then He asked if I have been talking with another contractor, and I said I will now. Then he says I'm getting covered up. Well, why didn't you tell us this in the beginning? I would NEVER call this company again!!! Thank for wasting our time!!!

Description of Work: Deckmasters replaced our deck planking and installed a membrane to divert rain from the walkout patio under our deck. It went very well. Ralph made sure he understood our needs, then talked us through options and gave us a fair estimate. He took pride in his team's work and gave us advice to ensure that we took the right approach to dealing the new deck.

Description of Work: Removed existing deck and replaced with composite deck. Although the process was slowed by weather and took longer than expected, Ralph and his team did a great job. The quality and structure of the deck look great and we look forward to using is this summer. Thanks Ralph.

Description of Work: They built a 16ft by 26ft deck with a step up. Had railing all around. | |Before starting they had to break up existing concert patio of the same size they built. Also had to haul away about 12ft of the concrete. | |They did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: Removed old decking, reinforced the under structure, relayed the deck, built benches, rebuilt stairs and installed railing. They were great to work with. Patient in our decision process and provided great ideas. The weather was brutally cold and someone was onsite almost every day until the project was completed. It turned out to be everything we had imagined and even better.

Description of Work: My husband and I wanted to add a deck to the back of our house that attached to our sunroom. We talked to Ralph and he was able to come out to our home and help us come up with an elegant design solution. After discussing pricing we decided to have them do all of the foundation work as well as lay out the deck joists. Ralph was able to give a breakdown of materials needed to complete the build since we opted for a partial project. They were very prompt and the work was done as expected. My husband was able to finish the rest of the work with help from some family friends. Ralph and his son were both professional and very knowledgeable. We cant wait for spring to get here so we can enjoy our deck! Thanks Ralph!

HE AND HIS CREW WERE VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTION I HAD FOR THEM AND OVERALL WERE VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE WORKING AROUND MY HOME. RALPH WAS VERY CONSCIOUS OF THE WORK HE WAS DOING FOR ME, AND I COULD TELL HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE I GOT WHAT I WANTED WITH MY DECK. ABOVE ALL HE WAS A $1,000 CHEAPER THAN ANOTHER COMPANY I CHECKED OUT.

IT WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY BUT WOULD LOOK BETTER AND LAST LONGER WITH SCREWS. I SHOULD NOTE THAT I DID NOT REQUEST SCREWS, JUST ASSUMED THAT WAS WHAT I WOULD GET. STILL, WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL RESULTS.
