They did a really nice job. The guys were there when they said they would be there. The work was done nicely and they cleaned up scraps and left yard in good condition. The estimate they gave us was close to final price and the revisions that I made were covered under the estimate. They also installed the lighting on deck as well. I am totally pleased with results.

He had to replace a few boards because of holes or splits, which I found to be unacceptable. Some of the wood was beginning to bend and swell, which I wasn't too happy about either. However, overall, we were pleased. He made things right when he could, and we have recommended him to others.

They were on time and very good. I would recommend them to other people.

This is an interim report. The work is about 70% done. Ralph Ford is an excellent deck builder and great to work with. I will submit a full report at completion.

It went great, Ralph is a super guy to work with and he came out and did the estimate and even told me how I could fix it myself if I wanted to, but I didn't want to take the time so I agreed to hire him. It was a very quick job (maybe 20-30 mins labor) Ralph was on time for the estimate and also for the work, which he scheduled within 2 days. If I need any additional work done on my deck I will definitely call Deckmasters first!

Wasn't able to have them come give an estimate due to the number of jobs they have. I appreciated that they were extremely responsive in calling me back and honest in letting me know that they were scheduled so far out. Many contractors might not even return a call when they're fully booked so I was thankful for that.

I was very impressed with Ralph Ford's knowledge of decks and carpentry. Ralph and his crew did an outstanding job in a short amount of time to build our deck. I really appreciated all their hard work, especially in the cold weather. The price was great as well. He answered all the questions I had truthfully and advised me on how to care for the wood later on. I would highly recommend Deckmasters to anyone.

Ralph was very courteous and polite. He worked up a rough quote while at the house, so there was no waiting! His quote was a little higher than others. Ultimately, we went with another company that was slightly lower in cost and had a nice trim package without any extra charges.

We received several quotes to tear out our existing deck and design and install a new one. Ralph seemed genuinely interested in the job, despite the constraints we had - keeping some existing landscaping intact. Other contractors were not so responsive. Ralph came up with three different designs for us to choose from, and was very flexible about adding and changing different elements within the plan we did choose. Ralph and his crew were neat, professional and conscientious. Ralph always called to let us know when they would be working. They finished what we considered a fairly big job in one week. The craftsmanship was excellent, and their price was competitive. A hindsight suggestion: We wish we would have thought to have Ralph leave the pergola boards a few days for us to paint before they were raised and screwed into place. Painting the pergola has been rather tedious. We are extremely pleased with our new, beautiful deck and pergola, and have received many compliments on it.

The quality of Ralph's work was exceptional. He and his team were professional, skilled, courteous; everything you would want from a contractor. From the first interaction to the day we handed him the check Ralph did outstanding work. He interviewed us on how we would use our deck, gave us several drawings to choose from, gave advice and listened to feedback. He asked for no money upfront, provided excellent quality, frequently asked about any changes we might desire, if we were satisfied with the work so far, etc. His attention to detail and quality of his work were as good as I could ask for. I would highly recommend Deck Masters as an exceptional outfit.

Ralph was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions, & even volunteered to give us ideas that reduced the cost instead of selling us something we didn't need. He showed up to build when he said he would. He finished the job on time & cleaned up the area when the job was complete.

He cut out the old supports because they were built into the house. He installed new supports and built a brand new deck. Beautiful work and he really knew what he was doing. Professional, prompt and very good.

THE TWO THINGS THAT WERE THE MOST AMAZING WERE THEIR SPEED AND CLEAN UP. IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 2 1/2 DAYS, AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THEY WERE THERE. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH US DECIDING WHAT WE WANTED.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. RALPH WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THIS PROJECT EXCEED OUR EXPECTATIONS.

HE WAS VERY NICE AND GAVE ME A DRAWING OF THE PLAN (HAD ORIGINAL IDEAS). I LIKED HIM SO MUCH I RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY DAUGHTER (WHO HAD EVEN MORE ORIGINAL IDEAS). HE DID A REALLY NICE DECK FOR THEM AS WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

VERY GOOD WORK- TOLD US UP FRONT IT WOULD BE 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD START. WHEN HE BEGAN THE WORK, HE WAS THERE ON TIME AND WORKED UNTIL THE DECK WAS COMPLETED, WHICH ONLY TOOK ABOUT TWO DAYS. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. DECK DONE VERY WELL, HE HELPED IN THE DESIGN OF THE DECK AND IT TURNED OUT VERY NICE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK, WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
