The estimate was scheduled and executed promptly and professionally. Installation was to occur by 2/28. On 3/11 I received a call from Patton saying they might be able to install on 3/13. On 3/13 the installer arrived at 8:30 am and got right to work. Communications were almost non-existent. The delays probably were weather-related, but there were virtually no phone calls or updates to keep me informed.

A representative of Patton Homes responded same-day to a request for a proposal. The estimator was knowledgeable, thorough and made sound money-saving suggestions. Quote was provided next-day. The quote was a professionally prepared estimate, easily interpreted by the homeowners' insurance agent. Work was completed quickly with a crew who worked diligently: little chit-chat, no time wasted. Importantly, work site was kept clean during work hours and swept each evening. A company representative inspected the finished product. We highly recommend.

Due to challenging winter weather, etc. it took several attempts to schedule the right time to do this work. Donny and/or his staff kept in touch with me often and we finally had success in the installation. It was a cold snowy day, but the job got done and even though I can't appreciate what I paid for (gutter covers) because they're not visible from the ground! I asked for a sample piece so I could actually see what I paid for. The last heavy rain rushed out of the downspouts so it appears that all is well. Getting this done now allows for maintenance-free peace of mind that my gutters will remain free of debris.

The two men performing the job were very friendly, knowledgable, and skilled. The reason for the work was because the gutter pulled away from the house, water dripped between the house and gutter, and the board was rotting. The workers were very detailed. They did not rush, but were very efficient. I was home, so I was able to watch the job as it progressed. You could just tell that it was done right, and that there should be no problems with the gutter for a very long time. It is pouring today, and the gutters are handling it wonderfully. The job called for tightening the gutter on one side of the garage. For no additional charge, they did both sides of the garage and the front gutter. That is going above and beyond, and would highly recommend.

Service was performed on the agreed upon date. Considering using the same provider for a Basement remodel. Updated as of 4.21.14 Since the initial install, Patton Homes has continued to stay involved with several issues that have resulted in warranty submission with our original builder. They've gone above and beyond, and this level of service played a pivotal role is our selection of their services for the upcoming remodeling of our basement. Additonal review of the basement remodel forthcoming during the process and upon completion!

Very responsive to promotion purchase. Called immediatelty to schedule the work. Old gutter covers removed and new, stronger covers installed in one day. Quality product and quality work.

Dary was on time, brought in equipment and a helped. The work was quick and professional. I would recommend Dary for any carpet cleaning. He was very nice Christian man.

Work was started and completed on time. They made the changes I requested. Excellent workmanship

They were good. He stayed quite a while and explained everything to me. He said if I had anymore problems with it leaking, to give him a call. He came when he said he was going to.

They did a good job. They came out first to look at the job. They would come and do their work and then leave. We were happy. There were a couple of doors that weren't right at first and they came back and took them apart and redid them. Any problems that we had they came back and fixed it. We were pleased.

I have worked with Donnie before on another job and found his work to be excellent. I have been equally impressed with this job as well. Donnie did a great job of keeping me in the loop of progress and was quick to call me if there were questions or concerns. Donnie provided a lot of great advice on the type of materials to use - specifically the Wedi Shower system (AWESOME) and the epoxy grout. It is very true you get what you pay for...but totally worth it. I have been through A LOT of homes and my new bathroom is one of the finest bits of craftsmanship I have seen. They did an awesome job.

So far, so good. They were very courteous. The communication was good and they answered all my emails.

They came when they said they would. Their workers were very nice, pleasant, courteous, and everyone was extremely good workers. We were extremely impressed with them. The owner Ken Patton was here everyday when the workers were here. He stopped by a couple of times when the workers were not there to make sure everything was going ok. They were professional and did the job like they were supposed to. We did not have to worry about anything. They were very accommodating. We have a light on our garage and it had been broken and we had a replacement and they went ahead and replaced it for us even though they did not have to.

My wife and I purchased a home a month ago. We have a very large deck at the back of the house. I noticed the wood wasn't sealed. I contacted Donny Hancock at Dynamic Construction. Donny came over to my house and did a thorough assessment of my deck. He jumped around on my deck like a kangaroo testing the soundness of the deck. Looked at the deck floor, steps, handrails, and fire pit. He told me how much it would be to build a deck like the one we have. His cost estimation was motivating in deciding to power wash and seal deck. He told me how many hours it would take and when he could come over to get it done. Donny even offered tips to save money. Now that the weather is conducive to getting this job done I will be contacting Donny at Dynamic Construction.

The quote was for $1900. They were not professional. I was very hesitant to trust most of what came out of the estimator's mouth. They were late twice.

Just finished the install and we are amazed with how the project turned out! We ran into a few issues that changed our plan slightly (what builder runs plumbing through the bulkheads above your cabinets?) but Don and the team came up with great alternative plans to keep our project moving forward. Very professional, focused on the details and always asking our opinion to be sure we were informed and pleased with the process. We felt very comfortable with the whole team throughout our project. We had to leave for a week during the project, left our keys with the guys so they could work while we were gone. When we came home, everything was right in place. Don went above and beyond, replacing or refinishing areas that were not up to his expectations. We have a young child and the guys were excellent with the baby, letting us know when it would be loud, even changing their schedule to avoid loud work during nap time. If you are looking for a team for your project, be sure to check with these guys!

They worked fast and cleaned up everything after they finished. The price was reasonable. They were nice. They were always easy to contact. They come in at weekends.

We called Dynamic on a Wednesday evening, They send a wonderful painter on Friday morning. He finished on the following Monday. This was very quick and the painter, Nick, was right on time. He waisted no time getting right to work. He did a wonderful job, very neat and clean. The price was right for the work done and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Wow, where do I start? We moved to Indiana in 1994 from a state where everything was open 24/7. I knew small town living would be more laid back but I never expected it to be dead! We have tried and tried to hire people to work on our home. IF they bothered to call us back they usually never showed for the appointment. I have been wanting to do repairs and add-ons for years and had almost given up But I finally called Angie's List as a last resort. Right away they gave me info that I could never have found on my own. The nice young man who signed me up gave me three General Contractors in my area. The first one I called was nice and told me what he could do, but his work was more a speciality kind of construction. So number two was up to bat. We called Don Hancock at Dynamic Construction. He was friendly and made an appointment with us right away. He actually showed up!! And on time too. So far so good. I had a sheet of things I wanted done and I kept saying I don't know if this is possible or I don't know if you can do this and his response was, nothing is impossible.Truer words were never spoken.This young man showed us plans of what he could do, and when he could do it, and at a very reasonable rate.We had a bathroom, a closet, and a pantry all built to our liking.But I couldn't stop there. After I saw the beautiful work he does, we had a deck put in, we had new doors put in, we had walls painted, we had a fence built, and many more things. For years we tried to have out propane tank moved so that we could start on a project like this. Everyone including the tank owners said it couldn't be done. Don got it done!! From there he didn't stop.If you need it done he can do it. He has a wonderful team of young men who show up, who work, and who are friendly.I am already making my next list because I will be calling Dynamic back ! O.K. I think we are finally through. We now have a beautiful new metal roof, a new fence, and new siding. Our projects are coming to an end. As usual Don at Dynamic and Patton Homes was wonderful. Everything was done to our liking and at a great price. We can now sit back and enjoy our retirement years in beauty!!

Very helpful from assisting us with coming up with the final design through every phase of the project (demolition to end project). Very conscious of quality workmanship. Enjoyed immensely working with Donnie. He's creative, quality workmanship, customer oriented.

I was surprised they were able to do the job right away. After the estimate he had time the next week to do the job. Everything was done rather quickly. We had some delays because we were not working with a lead time for the project and items were not in stock or ready to go when the work schedule required them. There were some issues with the shower base, but that was removed and reinstalled. Menards gave Don the wrong base and I believe there was a issue with a damaged shower kit that required it to be reordered. Don has a very good crew working with him. He introduced everyone that would be working at our house. The wife thought it was a nice touch. Everyone was very pleasant. Had all the items been ready the job would have been completed in 4 days. The tile delayed the installation by a week. I'm very happy with the job.

At first I only want them to do wood work. I have three contractors bid. His price was not the best but he seemed the most experienced. And he replied message fast! So I decided to go to him and it was a right decision! Two days before he came in I tried to replace the shower set by myself. But when I opened the wall, I felt that I could not handle it. So I texted him . He replied and said yes! He and his partner Billy did a great job. They finished work fast, clean the room before they left . The room was even cleaner than before they came in! I love my pocket door and my walk-in closet now. The shower set also works great. Compare his work with others, the price is really cheap! I will definitely recommend him to my friend, my neighbor, any people I know that are looking for contractor.

Very good experience. My request for an estimate was promptly answered and the work was done quickly and professionally. The part of the deck that needed replacing was replaced, the parts that were still good were kept. I was kept informed throughout the work on what to expect. The clean up was amazing. I have already referred by neighbor to Dynamic Construction.

They did really good work. They were professional, on time and clean. I would absolutely use them again.

Geramie and his crew started on the day he told us he would start. He was reliable, professional, and stayed on budget of the original estimate. We are very happy with the deck and Dynamic Construction.
