They are amazing! I have recommended them to other friends and they are happy, as well. They actual owner came out to fix my siding issue and gave me a reasonable price. I felt safe, comfortable and he was great.

I asked DC Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof and to replace gutters and downspouts on my house and barn. They responded to my call same-day, and Jimmy visited my house within the week. Upon inspection Jimmy said my roof was good for another few years and that he would recommend up-sizing the gutters. We discussed the pros and cons of gutter guards. At this point I knew I was dealing with an honest man representing an honest company. He was honest about the roof condition, and there was no sell-job on the gutter guards ... just an honest discussion of pros and cons on both. I opted to just replace the gutters on the house and barn at this time, with no gutter guards. After signing the contract and paying half up-front Jimmy said he'd call to schedule installation in a couple weeks. Actually, they showed up unannounced to do the installation the next week. That could have been bad for the installer (we live an hour from Indy), but my wife happened to be at home that day. She put the installer on-hold (he was very nice about it) and called Jimmy. Jimmy was as surprised as we were ... somehow the installer got ahead of schedule and things got a bit out of order. Everything worked out fine and the installer was able to go to work. The installation was complete in about 5 hours and was very professionally done. (My wife gave them high marks and she's much more critical than I am.) Everything was cleaned up and there were no signs that anything had been done ... except some beautiful new gutters. The next day we got a torrential downpour and the gutters and downspouts performed great ... no overflow, no leaks ... all the water went where it was supposed to. In a few years I'll replace the roof. I'll call DC first.

These guys rock! I had my homeowners' insurance come out 2 times to inspect my roof for hail damage and both times they declined my claim. They said it was the age of the roof. I called DC Roofing and he agreed it was hands down hail damage. He went straight to work and they got our insurance agency back out for the third time. Our insurance continued to put up a fight, but DC roofing pushed it through. If it wasn’t for DC Roofing, I would have had to pay out of pocket for a roof clearly damaged by hail. Thank you so much for your time and effort in getting our new roof covered by insurance! Even though they were not the lowest bid we received, they saved us thousands of dollars, making it the best value. And the new roof looks beautiful!

D.C. roofing and exteriors did an excellent job on our restoration and remodel. Donny and his crew were very responsive and were on the job site when they said they would be here. They kept us informed through the entire process so there were no surprises. If I were to do this project again I would definitely hire D.C. to do my job. They were thorough, clean, and their craftsmanship is top notch. Thanks guys for fixing our damage and improving our kitchen. We love all of the little extras and appreciate your attention to detail.

It is rare to fun such honest and trustworthy professionals. Final costs came in at exactly what they quoted. Quality of work was exceptional and all workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, they handled all dealings with insurance company. I would not hesitate referring DC Roofing to my friends and family.

Don & Danny were easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable & worked well with our insurance company to obtain a quick settlement. The crew was prompt and courteous. Within a few days our new roof was on. The cleanup was thourough and the attention to detail was excellent. Donny Hancock was onsite daily to inspect the work and thoroughly followed up on every detail. We will use him in the future and highly recommend DC Roofing & Exteriors.

The contractor was very nice and suggested that I request a refund since their roofing inspections are performed for free.

Time is money with any company, but he offered his services at no charge. Highly professional and knows what he is very knowledgeable about roofing, ventilation, and the ins and outs with insurance companies. We would definitely recommend him and will consider him in the future if we ever need work done.

My experience with DC Roofing and owner Don Hancock was fantastic, from the start to finish, beginning with the polite and friendly sales rep Danny & owner Donny, all the way to the well organized and professional crew that worked very hard and long to make my roof and gutter job a success, all the guys on site were very knowledgeable and hardworking. Emailed company through Angie's List for a bid on gutters. The company got back with me within a day for options for the estimate. Our family decided against the project this year but I appreciated the quick response time from the company!

DC Roofing did a great job replacing my roof after a windstorm. Don was quick to respond to my questions and got the insurance company to cover the cost of the repair. The roof looks excellent and was installed in one day.

A couple of slight delays, but overall a very good job. Contractor and workers were very easy to deal with. Any minor issues were dealt with promptly and effectively.

It went extremely well. They did a fantastic job. They worked closely with me and the insurance agent on the repairs. I contracted them to do some additional work above and beyond the initial scope as well. All the work they did was great. They were so nice and so easy to work with. Definitely A++. The repair went well, Donny was very responsive to questions, even coming out multiple times free of charge to evaluate the issues to make sure the diagnosis was correct.

Donny was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He worked with me, my insurance, and public adjuster in the middle of my home sale. The roof was replaced within a week of signing the contract, the workmanship was great. The flashing on the brick chimneys looked better than the job that was done by a masonry repair company less than a year ago.

Came out on the day that we first made contact. Two shingles had blown off in a storm. Nailed the shingles back onto the roof, checked for other loose shingles, and inspected roof. Gave advice to add more venting when roof is replaced but didn't push replacement any time soon. Will definitely call when we are ready to replace our roof or if we need another roof repair.

Went great, Don is a profession person who communicated about the damage and took pictures after repair work was completed. I will definitely use him in the future.

DC Roofing & Exteriors was a great contractor. They were very professional and kept there work sight clean and organized. All there seams in the metal were tight, all there bends in there metal were straight. They did a fantastic job. All the men were very informative when I asked questions and went the extra mile to insure I was satisfied. They warranty all there work and when they were done my house looked great. I am a very happy camper with DC Roofing & Exteriors. I will be calling them again when I need a contractor.

Can't say enough good about D.C. Roofing. ?Donny and his team replaced my roof due to hail damage and my siding due to wind damage as well as many other smaller details. ?Communication was great as was the quality of work. ?They went to bat with my insurance company to get me many upgrades and to address items the insurance adjuster missed. ?They showed up when they said they would, always acted professionally and cleaned up before they left. ?The house looks great! ?Highly recommended!

Called on 12/22/15 for help with a water leak in the basement area. Plumbers had checked, but could not find a source and suggested we call a roofer to check for loose shingles or other problems. We had a new roof installed about three years ago and at the first sign of trouble with the new roof, we never heard back from the contractor --- so we needed someone we could trust to inspect the roof for us. The reviews for DC Roofing were excellent, so I called. Donny. He responded and said he would alert someone closer and to allow 24 hours. The weather forecast showed more rain coming and I was concerned the water leak would be a problem. After 24 hours, I called Donny back. He was working on a project, but would come to Bloomington in the late afternoon to check the roof. He called later to say he was on his way ---- the weather was very threatening with heavy rain, thunder and lightning---- I was concerned for him and said he didn't need to come. He said he would be careful. I am so glad he made the trip. It was a pleasure to meet Donny, who carefully inspected the water leak area, then thoroughly checked the roof and attic. He took many pictures, which he used to describe the situation. Fortunately, he could not find any major problems and gave us a sense of peace that our slow leak was not as a result of the roof. He took his time and answered questions. He made some suggestions for us to consider in the future that could prevent possible problems, but there was no pressure. I appreciate very much his willingness to make the trip, take the time to evaluate the situation and give us the reassurance that our Christmas celebration would go on without the roof leaking. We have had several more days of heavy rain and there is no sign of any leaks. There was no charge for the trip from Columbus or the inspection. I appreciated his information and his knowledge base of roofing and techniques. The pictures he took of other projects were also helpful. We definitely will use his services in the future. This project started out as small job, but then rapidly grew into a full house remodel very quickly. Originally we wanted to look at a few new windows and maybe doors. Quickly, after we became very impressed with Don's knowledge and upfront honesty, we changed our pace. We had Donny modify many of the opening sizes for the windows, which really pushed what I thought was possible. Don and his crew came in and quickly changed king headers, rough openings, and had the windows tightly installed before we knew it. We were amazed with the crew. Being very satisfied, we quickly moved to the door choices, some siding and installation. All of the doors' and siding quality, fit and finish were perfect and on budget. Gotta love that! Now we have chosen his crew to do a whole new roof in the spring. So, I have to say Donny's knowledge of windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters, framing, installation, trim work, insulation, sealing, and the market's best available products plus a vision for design are great. But the most important thing to me is his integrity, which is such a hard thing to find in this marketplace. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed!
