Description of Work: We have a woodpecker that LOVES our cedar siding home as much as we do! We have used DC Roofing and Exteriors on 2 occasions to come out and replace boards that were destroyed by the woodpecker. Our jobs have not been big but they are always timely and very courteous. We would definitely recommend anyone needing repairs to use DC Roofing!

Everything went great!
Description of Work: Don has completed many projects over the last few years. I'm pleased with all of it. He recently completed my exterior trim and framed a large roof over a future sun room. Always remember with the gutter guards, you have a 20 year warranty, so if you ever have a clog it is as easy as making a phone call and Gutter RX manufacturer will send someone out to remove and replace section of gutter but also clean out gutters. Description of Work: Patton Homes replaced my roof and gutters due to hail storm damage. They worked with my insurance company to get everything done according to code. The roofers arrived at 7 am and worked until 7 pm and got the job done. They cleaned up the property so well you would never know what it went through that day. Workers were courteous. The rest of the crew arrived a couple days later and put on the gutters in one day. I additionally purchased the gutter leaf guards through their promotion on Angie's List for $299. Don Hancock was professional and always returned phone calls promptly. He kept me fully informed of the conversations with the insurance company until they arrived at an agreement. My roof looks great and I hope to never have to clean out the gutters again! I recommend Patton Homes for your roofing and gutters.

I apologize that you feel that we were to expensive, and I'm sure compared to the company that recently had done your roof, we are expensive. Hence the purpose that you need a new roof with in the 3-5 years sense the past contractors put one on. There are several things that were done incorrectly per manufacturers specs and Indiana building code and this is why you are having leak issues inside your home. We are not the cheapest in the area, we know that. We don't want to be the cheapest as we have 25 years of practice. We focus our company on quality, not quantity. What we proposed to you was a quality roof put on per manufacturers specs, and a roof that would have a 15 year labor warranty backed with a 50 shingle warranty, installed by GAF certified installers. In order to ensure quality there was going to be several pitch changes on your roof due to the slope roof coming down to a flat roof with castle in center. This will always be an issue when it snows due to the fact that the ice and water has no where to go. We purposed changing that. That is not cheap by any means. As for responsiveness, I apologize that you felt that we were not responsive. I'm not sure what else we could of done to be more responsive. I was on your door step withing 24 hours of being contacted on Angieslist. I did full inspection and went over that with you that day. I then went back and spoke with owner to see exactly how we were to handle this situation and if he thought that your roof was repairable or not. We made a second trip to your house within 72 hours. From that point we put together a proposal for your roof, the owner and I came to your home to go over all details with you within 96 hours. In all of this, never once did we here anything about responsiveness and or price, or any other bad comments. So when I read this, I was completely caught off guard. I then called you, and you responded that everything was really good except price and that you would call into Angieslist and have the review changed and that you weren't sure why such bad grades were given. This is months later and nothing has been changed, so I feel I need to at least let others know the whole story. I apologize you felt you had a bad experience, but I know that there is nothing more I could of done. We charge national average prices for quality work. We know that not everyone is going to use us, but we also know its not right to be cut down in other categories for our cost. Thanks again, Don Hancock Patton Homes Inc. 812-344-5750

I apologize that we were unable to connect. Your roof is a very unique roof system and has been poorly installed. As I told you from day one, I would need time to discuss with several reps from the GAF roofing company and a ventilation company in order to properly correct your issue the right way. We did have to reschedule you 2 times due to a schedule conflict with the reps and I do apologize for that. However I can not control someone else's schedule. On the other hand sense the second time I personally have called your home on (3) separate occasions and have been unable to reach anyone, and mail service said that your messages were full so we could not leave a message for you. We have got a solution for your situation that is very custom. It took several people to put there heads togeather in order to come up with something that would work for your roof. Patton Homes is not your average company that will charge you a bunch of money and throw something together that we think will work. We are a company that researches and come up with something we know will work, so in the end everyone is happy. In these scenarios patience is needed. As for the written report, you did in fact receive a written report the day of the inspection. If you remember correctly you asked if you could go to your printer and make a copy. When I told you that I would type it out and email it to you, you told me that was not necessarily, and then went and made a copy. We appreciate all reviews, and will try and come up with a solution of how we could of handled your situation any different to make it a better experience for you. Description of Work: I purchased the special $75 inspection and free roof boot. However the size boot was not a fit for my house so the price was refunded. I can say that Don did a very thorough inspection - especially regarding some leak problems that were a concern. Description of Work: The Patton Homes representative, Donny Hancock, responded very quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. Similarly, he was able to schedule my service very quickly. He was professional and personable. He installed his company's EZEE Cap around the vent pipe on my roof. He also inspected the roof and, using his cell phone's camera and recording his observations, was able to show me several places where shingles were raised. Since his company is in the roofing business, I expected that he would tell me I need a new roof. However, his opinion was that the raised shingles are not bad enough yet for me to have a new roof installed. I appreciate his honesty. As a result, when I do need a new roof, I'm sure I will give Patton Homes the opportunity to bid.

Not sure what has happened here, Not sure if there is another company with similiar name in that area or what, But I can assure you that this accusation is not with our company. We love the challenge of doing work for handicap. There is always so many variable's that change from the ordinary to working with someone that may have a disability. It makes our job much more enjoyable to know that we are making a differnce for some one in need. As a matter a fact aproximately one year ago we donated roughly 150 hours of labor to do a job for someone with a disability. So I apalogize for the misunderstanding but I can assure you that this was not Dynamic Construction.

Dynamic Construction seems to take great pride in the quality of its work. We have been pleased by the skill, care, and promptness with which the workers completed the job, and their labor charges seemed very reasonable. When we have other remodeling projects, we will be happy to use them again.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced ceiling tiles on the upstairs ceiling, added additional insulation and changed light fixtures in my parent's home. They also disposed of all debris.

Geramie is a HARD WORKING, caring, professional contractor. The project started great, but a worker assigned to do some work one day didn't. Geramie personally came over the weekend to complete what the assigned worker didn't to stay on schedule (and that person was relieved of his services). At first, windows were not wanted in the sun room - there was NO PRESSURE from Geramie to add these, however, after family discussions, windows were requested and Geramie willingly complied since the construction was not past the stage of doing so easily. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Geramie was available AFTER the job to answer questions and went out of his way to bring spare parts for the windows for future use. He even purchased a telephone to put in the sunroom since he installed an extra phone jack voluntarily. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Geramie and Dynamic Construction LLC.
