+ -1 moreThe first crew that came out actually ended up creating three more leaks. They had to send out a second crew to clean that up and they actually took care of all the leaks but they did not tell us about the state of one of the chimneys that they were working around. Because they ignored it I have to re-do the work that they just finished as well as fixing the chimney. They seemed like nice people but they just didn't finish what they said they would finish.
Description of Work: We hired them to re-do the roofing around our chimney.

TOLD ME ABOUT A POTENTIAL PROBLEM W/OTHER CORNER OF ROOF. I FELT PRICE WAS REASONABLE & SERVICE EXCELLENT. I WAS REALLY LUCKY!
Description of Work: WHILE WATERING GRASS I NOTICED BARE WOOD ON A CORNER OF THE ROOF, SHINGLES (3) BLOWN OFF. CALLED FIRST # IN YELLOW PAGES THAT SAID "ROOF REPAIR". DALE URBAN ANSWERED, ASKED COLOR OF ROOF, SAID REPAIR WOULD BE $200, ARRIVED W/IN 10 MIN., BROUGHT MATCHING SHINGLES, CUT & REPAIRED 3 DAMAGED SHINGLES. INSPECTED ENTIRE ROOF & GUTTERS.

Description of Work: THERE WERE 2 LEAKS IN THE ROOF AT MY NEW HOUSE AND A THIRD AREA NEEDED ATTENTION TOO. THE THIRD AREA PROVED TO BE AN ONGOING PROBLEM. THE OWNER CAME OUT EVERY TIME AND WORKED IT OUT. ULTIMATELY, HE DISCOVERED A PREVIOUSLY OVERLOOKED ISSUE AND FIXED IT FOR FREE.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK THEY DID IS SHODDY. WE CALLED THEM BACK BECAUSE WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE JOB. THEY SAID THAT IF WE GAVE THEM THE REMODELING JOB THAT WE WERE CONSIDERING THAT THEY WOULD KNOCK $500 OFF OF THAT JOB. THEY MADE APPOINTMENTS ON TWO OCCASIONS TO COME GIVE US ESTIMATES AND BOTH TIMES THEY WERE A NO CALL NO SHOW. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: CAULKED AROUND CHIMNEY AND WALL FLASHING.
