See above. Shared w/Juan that we were seeking a dependable provider. I would highly recommend that this service be removed from your listing.
Description of Work: We had used this service several months ago. They trimmed shrubs. They were to return to mulch beds. Never returned. After many telephone calls, owner responded that he was out of country; and "wanted to make the work right" For mulching, price was quoted @ $60. Never showed up. Mowing cost $45 est. Paid After searching for a lawn service, found them on Angie's List so decided to try again. Price for mowing was quoted @ $45; to be billed monthy Bill not received for this single mow/trim job to date. They showed up to mow 2 phone calls after original date. Grass thrown against newly painted exterior; poor trimming. Owner had discussed our requirements prior to this date. Owner called last week to see if mowing/leaf blowing, etc. needed. Were scheduled for 10/4. Did not show. Owner returned our 2 tf inquiries on Saturday. Stated he did not know workers didn't show. Had not returned our tf inquiries because he "was out of the city" I informed Juan that our experience was being reported to Angie's List; and reaffirmed to him that we had given him another chance because he was listed.

I really apoligize about that matter, but I never agree to do a mulch job for them/you, I did get ask to trimm and it was done, second time I get a request for mowing I did price it and get the job and we complete it as was request it, for health reason I was out of the city and ask my workers to do a second mowing and they did not show up becuase were runing late I got informed on saturday and i did contact the customers who dicided to end with my services wich I did understood and decided not to send the last invoice for that reason, I really apoligize and if I do something wrong will come back and fix it or reimburse 100% the total cost of the job, thank you.

Excellent!!!! Co-owner Juan Preito was wonderful and worked hard to satisfy picky ole me. A Mexican immigrant, Juan has English skills which made communication a breeze. His prices are reasonable especially for the quality of work. I will use his services again and again in the future.
Description of Work: Lawn mowing at my business and removal of dead plants and overgrowth in preparation for upcoming planting of new bushes/trees.
