He did a good job. He did excellent work, but he was pretty expensive. He came on time, and he was prompt getting back to me, and he did quality work.

They were responsible, mature, professional, and timely. They were easy to work with. I was happy with the work they did. They did a good job and I would recommend them highly to anyone.

He did a really good job. He was neat and clean in the way he worked, leaving everything in good condition when he was done. He was just an all around nice guy to work with.

When they came out they removed a tree from my back yard and they also did some little repairs around my home. He was always very courteous and professional.

They returned our calls in a timely manner. He came out and we showed him what we needed done. We set up a time for him to come back and he did so. It was a little more work than he originally thought but he came back and took care of it. He price was very reasonable. I would recommend him and use him again.

He can do anything. He is excellent. I have dealt with him for years. I have used him for years. I don't go to anyone else. He is clean and punctual. He is a little more expensive but he is worth it. I would use him again and recommend him.

I've trust his work. He's prompt, pleasant, and also creative.

Jeff arrived a little after 8 a.m. each of two mornings and worked all day on Monday and left about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. He often had me inspect his work or discussed his ideas on how to do the best job. He had the ability to do a variety of tasks and had a work truck with all the supplies he needed.

I am the happiest person alive, this guy is unbelievably good at what he does and makes the process painless (for the customer that is). I want to write a book about how Jeff is the most amazing contractor we have ever hired. He showed up on time, worked late some nights to meet the time line, never complained to us about anything, kept a neat workspace, and charged me what he said he would. Everything looks perfect, his attention to detail was outstanding, I didn't feel like I needed to "finish" anything once he left, like I do with other contractors we have hired in the past.

Mr. Flora does a very nice job. He is friendly and professional. Even with difficulties (one of our basement stairs steps broke underneath him) he built a very nice platform and cleaned up after himself. He came back the next day to take off the forms, and found some rough spots, so he mixed some more concrete and troweled a smoother coat on the platform. He even fixed the broken step before he left. He did a lovely job.

He showed up on time for the estimate, pointed out a couple things to me that were very helpful when he walked around the outside looking at the windows and chimney. He showed up on time to perform the work and actually replaced wood around another window at no cost because he forgot to put it on his estimate. He did this all on his own, since I was not at home when he did the work and had no idea that this particular window needed work. He is probably the most honest, trustworthy, and thorough repairman I have ever had.

Jeff is great. I've used them before and would use them again.

He comes out for every handyman job I need. I think he does a good job, gets to work & doesn't talk too much. He's very professional. He's a nice person and does good work. I am using again soon for a drywall job.

The work went like clock work. Jeff knew exactly what to do, what the work order should be, and was very methodical about getting things done. When he ran into a snag, he did not waste my time or money. If he had to go out to get something, which happened once, he was back within half an hour. He took his lunch in his truck so he never left each day until the work was done.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR SO LONG, THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY ARE PROMPT, DEPENDABLE, AND I AM VERY PLEASED.

Overall, I am happy with the choice I made by hiring Comprehensive Services Inc. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

Jeff responded quickly after my initial phone call for an estimate, and set up an appointment the following week. After meeting him, getting his plan for the work, and receiving a very fair estimate, I asked him to schedule me in at his earliest convenience. He worked around my schedule, as I was having other work done, both inside and outside of my house, and arranged to come within the next two weeks. He had to work around some rainy weather, and the job took just one more day because of it, but Jeff took on the added time to his schedule, and I was never inconvenienced at all. He worked during two days that I was at work, dealing with high humidity, (which slowed down the drying of the surface material), and a power failure, (at which point he entered the house to get to the circuit breaker box, and let himself out, all without letting my cat out). The sills were finished expertly. I have already recommended Jeff to my friends, and I will call on him again in the future!

Excellent. I was pleased with the work and attention to detail. He covered the floors and was very careful with the furniture too.

The house in Indianapolis belongs to my son who is serving in Iraq and we got a code violation letter from Marion County. I contacted this contractor because he did work for me before while my son was deployed. I emailed him a copy of the code violations and requested an estimated to get the repairs done. I accepted his estimate and he start the repairs in a timely fashion based on his conversations to me. Now I live in Columbus, Ohio and only had contact with the contractor by phone and email. I never personally met Mr. Flora but he has been very helpful and responsive to me from Indianapolis. I am most thankful for people like Mr. Flora. I later went to Indianapolis and saw the completed work and was most grateful. It looks great. The staff from Marion County stated that they did not even recognize the house when they returned to check the status of the violations. They actually drove past it. That is an Amen.

Jeff and Comprehensive Services did an excellent job. It was actually better than I had anticipated. I provided some paint and Jeff created a nicely fit, sealed, treated and painted plywood framed enclosure. The area was spotless, brick/door/concrete cleaned and all debris removed. I was very happy and Jeff will be the first person I call next time!

Jeff Flora was recommended to us by family members that had contracted him in the past. We were not disappointed. He did quite a bit of work for us and my husband and I were both pleased. Jeff is honest, professional, reliable, and very qualified to do a number of jobs. His painting is exceptional as well as his finish work. Coming into an existing home to do remodeling takes a skilled professional and Jeff is that person. We would highly recommend him and we will contract him again in the near future.

I have never been unhappy with the projects. He is a very, very nice person but he charged me $30 more to get my gutters cleaned this year than he did last year. He has done many good things, but I'm going to have to look for someone else because his prices have increased so much.

Jeff let me know when he could schedule the work and called before he came, as scheduled. He makes sure to understand what needs to be done, and is very efficient in getting the work done. He is very pleasant, and his work is excellent.

Jeff has been a professional from the start. We called and made an appointment for an estimate which was completed and submitted to us within a fair amount of time. He even called us when he was on vacation to schedule a start date! We received estimates from other handymen for the same work, and Jeff was in line with each of them - though he could charge a premium - he has completed the work we have asked for originally and was flexible enough to allow us to add additional work items to his list. He is even coming back in a few weeks to install the countertop that we had mis-ordered in the first place. Jeff kept us apprised daily of the work he completed and what he was planning on doing in the upcoming days - this included making a phone call nightly to us if we didn't cross paths at the end of the day. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work Jeff has done for us - I have already passed his name along to others! Thanks Angie's List for finding Jeff for us!
