He did this work in a rainstorm, with water everywhere. He was covered in mud, but he kept at it. He did a beautiful job.

Estimate last Sept, did crawl space work in Dec, came back in March and spent 3 days completing remainder of work. Good work, very trustworthy, no mess everything to my satisfaction.

Jeff came out and gave a fair estimate promptly. I planned on having him do the exterior painting, but did give the job to my brother when he was laid off shortly after I received the estimate. Definately will use Jeff again as he consistently does a great job and at a fair price.

Overall, the service went well. I got my money's worth. They are very neat and very professional. I would tell others that they are punctual, neat and professional. They have done exterior painting for us in the past.

We have continued to use Jeff for projects. These are all his basic skills. He worked for us for weeks. He was very grateful because the economy had slowed down so it gave him some work to do during that time. He has gotten to be a personal friend of ours. He just does great work. I don't know how much it all cost. My husband took care of all that. Jeff is excellent. That's why we keep him working otherwise we wouldn't be having him back here year after year for the last decade. Results don't lie. The price was excellent otherwise my husband wouldn't have had him continue to work. The quality is great. Everything is perfect. He is a good man.

They did good work. I paid $500 totally towards the work. The guy was very accommodating and a good person to deal with. He was very professional. His pricing was acceptable, even though it seemed a little bit higher than what I had expected. I will use his services again in the future.

There is always an estimate and a time frame. It is always finished within the time frame.

Jeff removed the old ceiling fan and replaced it with my new one. When it came to the dimmer switch, he tested it and and we both determined it was not the correct switch for this fan. He found one in his truck that was appropriate for a ceiling fan and installed that one. He is a steady hard worker that I have used before, and I would never hesitate to use his handyman services.

I chose Jeff Flora at Comprehensive Services based on my Angie's List search as well as my preference for someone from Hancock county, and he was everything I hoped he would be. I was able to schedule an appointment for my first availabile day and he arrived exactly on time. He was very conscientious and respectful of our home, laying dropcloths and shaking them out frequently, asking where was the best place to park his vehicle, and cleaning up as he worked. He worked quickly and made adjustments to the cabinets so that they were completely balanced. We are thrilled with the results--it's like putting on great jewelry--and now we can't imagine how we lived without it until now. He actually deducted a partial hour because he answered a couple of cell phone calls during his work. This was completely unexpected, since it was just a few minutes that probably didn't even slow him down; however, it was very much appreciated and I think it's evidence that he is a man of the highest integrity. I would have him back in a heartbeat for anything in his realm of work.

Mr. Flora did good work on all 3 job I contracted him to do. He showed up on time and was professional throughout the process. The ceiling fan was put up perfectly. A mounting brace was required to do the job correctly but wasn't included with the fan I purchased. Mr. Flora could have put the fan up without the mount but didn't think it was ideal. So he went to the hardware store and purchased it while on the job. I appreciated the extra effort. He could have easily saved himself some time and put the fan up without the extra support. The other 2 jobs were also nicely done. I am especially happy about having my patio door close flush. A lot of air was escaping out of the house and I had experienced some water seeping in during blowing storms. I'd like to explain the fact that I gave Mr. Flora a "B" instead of an "A" in Responsiveness. I did this because the job was completed almost a month after I first inquired on the phone. Ideally, I would like to have things done while they are on my mind. However, the jobs I wanted completed weren't emergency-type projects so I could handle the timing. I also rationalized in my mind that Mr. Flora must be very good if he is very busy. I would definitely contract with him again.

Jeff is great and I highly recommend him. This is the second time we have used his services. This time we had him strip and stain our deck - he power washed it first. He had to go over several areas multiple times to get an even finish since the deck is very old and I did not have him strip all of the old finish off. It looks great. We also had him take out an old wooden French Gothic fence and replace it with the same plus a gate. He did a fantastic job. He came out one day and stripped and power-washed the deck. He came back about a week later (due to rain) and removed the fence and set the new fence posts. He came back the next day and put up the new fence and stained the deck. He hauled away all of the old fencing and debris. He kept me informed about when he would be there and everything went very smoothly. The deck and the fence look beautiful. I have used his services before to bleach and seal a deck at a previous home. I highly recommend Comprehensive Services!

He did a nice job. He does really good worker. He is a jack of all trades. I would recommend him for any job. He has a good work ethic. He cleans up after himself. He is very polite. He is a handy guy and good man to bring into your home to do work.

Jeff was extremely professional. Showed up a couple of days after initial contact and assessed the repairs needed and gave us an estimate of what it would cost. He completed the repairs and painting exactly as he had proposed and we are completely satisfied with his services. The charges were exactly as he had projected.

Jeff is self employed, is a very good worker, and has done a number of things for me. I've used him for several projects: he's painted, removed wallpaper, and he is an altogether good handyman. I love him and I highly recommend him. I figured he couldn't do siding by himself, but it was not so; this guy is really good. He is dependable, fair, and courteous.

He did a good job and his prices are reasonable.

Mr. Flora came to the house initially to analyze the problem and spent time in the attic looking at it. He was busy with other jobs so he didn't return for about two weeks when we set an appointment. He worked about 45 minutes on the first trip analyzing the job and approximately and hour fixing it. Mr. Flora was polite, business-like, and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

He did an excellent job and ran wires through the walls to conceal them. Everything looks great.

He is a very good handyman. You can trust him to do the work and you don't have to be at home. Leave him with complete access and he treats the house as if it were his own. He is completely trustworthy. He is by far the best handyman I have ever found and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for the best in that business.

He's great. He's on time. He insists on calling me Mrs. McCaughva. He is very professional. He cleans up everything very well. He requests to be called if there are any problems. He returns calls promptly.

He is always on time and he is very honest with his work prices. He never goes back on his original price. He is a very trust worthy person and I feel totally comfortable leaving him alone in my house.
