Things went very well. The representative arrived on time to give an estimate and the work was completed with no problems.

Jeff was very prompt in returning calls. He sent us the estimate in the time-frame he promised. His work schedule was about 4 weeks out, however, it worked out perfectly as we were going to be on vacation while he was doing the work. We completely trusted him in our home and our dog loves him. She thinks she's his "helper!" Jeff does good work and is always responsive if you are unsatisfied with anything. We had a small issue with the caulk not sealing in around our tub surround, but he came back right away and fixed it with no questions asked. We'll be using Jeff again in the Spring for some more projects!

Just wonderful. I use them all the time. Prompt, wonderful work. Can't complain about a single thing - they're very very good.

Actually I live in Columbus, Ohio trying to oversee and paid for work at my son's home in Indianapolis while he is deployed in Iraq. Working from another sate with Jeff was great. He stayed in contact with me before, during and after completion of the work. The house was builted in 1937 so there where some unknowns. However, Jeff warned me inadvance. Needed repairs where as stated Also, after telling Jeff that my son was serving in Iraq he was very understanding and most helpful.

Jeff gave us estimates for the job and set up a date to start the work. Our goal was to recreate a spaced picket fence I had at my previous residence. We gave him photos and diagrams to give him an idea of what we had in mind. He proved to be a completely great person to work with. His attention to detail and pride in his work produced an outstanding finished product. He listened to what we wanted and painstakingly worked to give us exactly what we desired. The project ended up costing a little more than the original estimates only because we made some changes to the plans along the way that required more materials and time. The end product is beautiful! We cannot say enough good things about our experience and plan to call on him again for some other projects on our drawing board.

I think he may be more expensive, but I think he does a very good job. He comes when he says he will. He always did a consistent good job.

Very professional. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in a timely manner. The bay window seat looks wonderful. The lights were repaired and replaced in a professional, safe manner.

Jeff promptly returned my phone call and arrived to give me an estimate on the date and time that he had given me. He let me know ahead of time when the work would be started so I could arrange my work schedule and indicated how long he thought it would take to complete the work. I felt his estimate was very reasonable, he was polite, prompt and returned my phone calls the same day. I am very pleased with the services he provided and plan on using his company again.

He did a really good job on the pull down ladder. He was just such a nice person. He didn't overcharge us either. We will call him again.

Jeff worked with 2 helpers. They were pleasant, polite and easy to work with. Jeff and his crew go the 110% to ensure the best job. The work started and finished on schedule. They did an excellent job including clean-up. We highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again.

Original work was completed in November 2005 and I submitted a report then. A few weeks after the work was completed, I noticed the paint was chipping and peeling and also appeared to be ''sliding'' off the railings (apparently it got wet before it dried completely). I called Mr. Flora then to tell him about the problem knowing full well that he wouldn't be able to fix it during the winter. He was very apologetic and said to call him in the spring. I did, he remembered me and scheduled a time to come out and repaint the railings at no charge. They now look fantastic. I really appreciate a company and owner that stands behind their work. Because, of his attitude and willingness to fix the problem when he said he would, I will most definitely hire Mr. Flora again. Thank you!

Mr. Flora was very pleasant, and very helpful. He even fixed a loose door in one of my cabinets for me while he was there, and gave me tips on removing the wallpaper paste from a room we're redecorating. He was very punctual and neat, laying a dropcloth over the stove in the kitchen while he worked.

I FEEL VERY POSITIVE ABOUT THE WORK HE DID. I WOULD BE COMFORTABLE CALLING HIM AGAIN IF I NEEDED WORK DONE. HE SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GOOD WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

HE'S ALL AROUND EXCELLENT, ON TIME, POLITE, VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE SUPPLIED THE PAINT, WHICH IS UNHEARD OF. HE COVERED EVERYTHING AND WANTED TO PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY IT WAS. HE ALSO HAD A HELPER. I WISH EVERYONE WAS LIKE HIM, HE IS PERFECT.

JEFF DOES GOOD WORK, AND HE'S VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. THIS JOB ENDED UP BEING MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ESTIMATE, WHICH IS UNUSUAL, BECAUSE THE TILE WE USED WAS A NATURAL STONE. BECAUSE OF THIS, JEFF SAID IT TOOK HIM LONGER TO LAY IT THAN HE ANTICIPATED. HE ALSO DID NOT END UP GROUTING IT BECAUSE OF TIME CONSTRAINTS. BUT ITS NOT THE NORM FOR HIM TO BILL MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE.

WORK WAS DONE BY ONE MAN, COMPLETED IN ONLY A FEW DAYS. HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND ALL MATERIALS WERE CLEANED UP AND PUT AWAY EACH DAY. I HOPE TO USE THE SERVICES AGAIN, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
