+ -1 moreI have been using them since 1993 and they are just wonderful. He did not try to charge me anything extra for the work or did not try to sell something unnecessary. He is very honest and very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: I use him for my heating & A/C services. He visited us last because the A/C was not working, so, he replaced the filter.

+ -1 moreI called Climate Doctor to repair my Water Furnace. It had a low pressure fault light on. Their diagnosis determined that I needed a coil for $2750, or I could replace my water furnace for $7500 or $10,000 for the premium unit. I decided to get a second opinion. The other company flushed my underground loop for $420 and that solved the problem.
Description of Work: Diagnosis with pressure gauge on underground loop.

Description of Work: I had a no heat situation and Steve responded very quickly. It didn't take long for them to diagnose the cause of my problems and they promptly repaired the blower motor. In the end, the cost of the repair was far less than 2 other quotes I had received. They were very professional.

PORTER TOOK TIME TO ANSWER EVERY QUESTION AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL HOW THINGS WORKED, AND HOW WE COULD GET THE MOST OUT OF THE NEW SYSTEM. MR. PORTER LET US KNOW ABOUT A REFUND FROM BRYANT THAT SAVED US $500. WE HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO SERVICE OUR OLD FURNACE AND WERE ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. WE CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND REVE PORTER TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED A NEW AIR CONDITIONER. MR. PORTER CAME OUT AND SUGGESTED A BRYANT HIGH EFFICIENCY HEAT PUMP/FURNACE COMBINATION THAT WOULD PROVIDE SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS, BECAUSE OF INCREASES IN ENERGY COSTS. THAT IS WHAT WE DECIDED TO HAVE INSTALLED.
