+ -1 moreBuilder’s service team said a smell was HVAC related. Chris came out and found pretty quickly that it was actually a sewer gas smell. He had the builder rep come out and verify, guided us through next steps, and didn’t even charge for the visit.
Description of Work: Thought we needed HVAC inspected or cleaned.

+ -1 moreHe is the lowest in town, price wise, and is so reliable and punctual. He is honest and will tell you like it is. He does not overcharge. He is a religious man and he carries that throughout his life. He is a family man type business and gives you honest work for honest pay.
Description of Work: He determined that my air conditioner was froze and found a leak in the accumulator. He added freon and also revised some duct work in the attic for me because it wasn't cooling in my master bedroom like it should have, so he added another register.
