I was a customer of Tru 'Brown" (Tru Green) for two+ decades....with horrible results. There were brown patches, weeds, and areas that weren't even serviced. With each passing year, the condition of my lawn grew worse. Certified Lawn Care came out, assessed the damage, said what needed to be done, and, did it. In a little over a month, my lawn was green again!! (Even Tru Green was impressed!) The technicians are very thorough, prompt, and people friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They are awesome!!

They never bothered contacting me to give me a quote. Was trying to support a local business with supposedly and A rating. Not sure how they got that. They're in Greenwood along with myself. Who knew it would be so hard to swing by, measure, and give me a price for their service.

Very well - thoroughly done with professional grade equipment. Crew cleaned up afterwards.

They are on time, careful, reasonable pricing and personable. I would give them 5 stars and they have done a great job. I have used them for a couple years and continue to do so.

2 days after 1st treatment Dandelions were dying. In a week our yard looked great. Small company. Personal care. Spread chemicals by walking. No machines. Hose from truck. They have applied 2nd. treatments now. We are very happy with them.

We have been happy with their service the last two years.

Attention to detail is wonderful! Our lawn is mowed weekly, including trimming, edging, and blowing grass off sidewalks, driveway, and patio.

He was very prompt and came at the time and day that he promised. I have had many lawn and care guys do work for us and after Matt, we won't need to call anyone else when it comes to lawn and yard work. We also got a quote for lawn fertilization and week kill for next year and will be calling him for that. Great guy with great value!

Matt was very quick to get back to me after I called. I was looking for a provider to step in and continue what another company was to have started (but I was not happy with). Someone from Certified was out within a short time to take care of the application (which was one of the issues with the previous company). Our grass looks great, I feel comfortable that Matt and his crew will continue to meet the schedule they provided me, and I look forward to a long, happy association with them. I especially like working with a local independent contractor rather than one of the big national chains.

I could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. The Owner Matt Howe was very knowledgeable of all products and services provided. With brand new sod down in our front yard, he was very careful and informed us how to handle and treat the sod. As for my back yard where there was no grass at all, we aerated and slice seeded the entire back yard and put down some good quality fescue grass seed. After a good spring, summer and fall treating and watering, my back yard was so thick and full. I could not be happier. I also have to golden retrievers which the fescue type seed was durable and long lasting. No complaints at all. Also on top of fertilization and re-seeding, while I was on vacation he mowed my lawn and it looked perfect. The $350.00 cost of service was for the year, based on a 10,000 sq. ft yard. Which includes 5-6 treatments. Between the professionalism, the prompt service, and the quality of service, there is no one in the state I would rather use than Certified Lawn Care. Highly recommend to anyone in need of fertilization, lawn mowing, and re-seeding or aeration.

We are very pleased with him. He gets back to me if I call him, he returns the call within 24 hours. They always seem very professional when they come to do the yard work. Their price is most reasonable.

He does a fabulous job. He is fabulous. Our yard looks really the nicest in the neighborhood.

I am extremely happy with his work. We have used him three years in a row and he is cheaper than anyone else I have contacted. He always calls before he comes over to the house. He is very accommodating, reasonable, and has done a great job!

A couple of weeks ago Matt was mowing my next door neighbor's lawn, which always looks great, and I was getting tired doing my own. I asked Matt for a quote and when he could mow my lawn. He said Monday the 10th and gave me a quote. I have a 1/3 acre lot with a lot of grass, at least for me. He showed up Monday the 10th and started right away. Matt and his assistant did a first class job. They got started immediatly, no wasted effort, listened to my concerns about the sprinkler system and were very carefull of my other plantings, trees and stuff in the back yard. I expect to use his servcies well into the future because I found someone to keep my lawn looking great!

EXCELLENT - stupendous!! Matt is wonderful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. He started my lawn last year (2011) which was in dismal shape. He fertilized and put down weed killer and my lawn now looks great...and no more weeds! Last year was the first year in ten that I actually had grass growing in the small section between the side walk and street (rather than dirt & weeds)!! This spring, when neighbors around me were fighting dandelions, my yard was spotless - not a weed could be seen in my lawn. And, all the bare patches have filled in. Prices are extremely reasonable. I can not say enough about how great his service is!!

He is always on time. I never have to worry about that. He is also very professional. He is a young guy who works very hard. Our yard looks great! I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others!
