Description of Work: Kelson arrived on time. I explained that I wanted the host spigot repaired or replaced. He inspected the existing device, advised me that replacement would likely be more cost-effective than repair. He quoted me the cost of replacement. I agreed to replacement. He went to work, and was finished within one hour. I asked for a quote regarding another (future) job that will need to be done and he complied with that request as well.

IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A WATER HEATER THAT THEY HAD INSTALLED 3 YEARS BEFORE. IT HAD A 6 YEAR WARRANTY & IT WAS LEAKING. THE CHARGE OF $450 WAS EXCESSIVE; THE WATER HEATER SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR SINCE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND $175.
