Carpet Country

Large furniture was moved to another room in the house. Old caarpeting was removed and floors were cleaned and prepared for new carpeting. New carpeting was installed and large furniture was returned to same location in great room. The installer actually measured the distance from the side wall to the entertainment cabinet before moving it and then placed the entertainment cabinet back in the same location after measuring where it had been originally located. All of this was done in one day. The new carpeting looks great and we really appreciated the excellent work performed by the installation crew.

I contacted Tom Bumps on Friday afternoon about looking for carpet and hardwood/Lam for our newly purchased home. He met me at the house on Saturday morning and measured all of the areas. We then stopped by his showroom and office later in the afternoon to look at different samples he had already picked out for us. Everything was professional and exactly what we had hoped for when shopping for new flooring. My wife and I picked out what we wanted and asked Tom for the next available install date because the house was empty and we were waiting to move in until after everything was painted and all flooring was down. I got to work painting and called Tom when I was finished. He worked some magic and the carpet was installed on Tuesday. I showed up to the house when the install guy's were almost finished. My wife and I were very impressed by how great the install guy was. Everything was cleaned up and all of the mess was gone. It looked like a new home instead of a 50 year old house. I will use Carpet Country for all fo my future flooring needs and will recomend them to anyone that I hear is shopping.

I replaced the carpet in my great room with laminate. I also replace the floors in my kitchen and two bathrooms with ceramic. It was a huge job but they finished it in three days. They started the job when it was scheduled and stayed with it until they finished. The quality of the work was very good.

Everything went well, from having the measurement done to the installation. Service was prompt and professional. It was done on two consecutive days, since we were having different materials installed, and it looked very good when they were done. The price was a few hundred dollars better than the estimate I'd gotten from a big box store that I checked with, and the service was friendly and personal. The carpet price was all-inclusive, so you knew exactly how much it would be from the beginning, and the preparation and installation costs for the vinyl were also quoted exactly up front. The only variable was the cost of the goods that you would select. The only minor problem occurred when they didn't properly re-seat the toilets they had to move to install the vinyl, and they were leaking. But they came back right away when we called about it, and fixed it.

The price was a little higher than what I was planning to spend. Everything else was fantastic and there was nothing bad. They were very thorough and checked things at least twice. They were very professional and pleasant. They got it done quickly. I think that they were a little late.

I had ripped out my old carpets and they installed new carpets for a large living room, hallway, staircase, and a landing. I had decided what kind of carpet I wanted, and I had gone to several different places looking for the color, texture, and the style that I was wanting. I did not have any luck, so I went to Carpet Country and they had exactly what I wanted. They installed it within a very reasonable amount of time and did an awesome job. The woman that I dealt with in the showroom was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the outcome. My experience with them was very, very good. I had used them many years ago in the past.

I was really surprised because we had a hard time finding someone to perform the work in the time period we needed it done. They were very upfront and didn't have any hidden charges. They were able to get the carpet in and installed in a week and a half. They even came in on a Saturday and Sunday when we had a lot of ice outside. I was amazed. The sales lady name was Lisa. They called before and after the work was done to make sure everything was ok. They didn't charge to come out for an estimate and they are a family owned business. The installers they sent were fantastic. There was a charge to move items but the charge was not excessive and they were upfront about it. They really went above and beyond.

They were very courteous and knowledgable. I have chosen to do something different with my flooring and my house but I would definitely consider this company for another house that I was going to stay in.

It was a great experience! This was the first time that I had brand new carpet, so this was a big deal. They arrived when they said that they would, cleaned-up their mess, and the carpet looks very nice. Overall, I am very happy.

Visited showroom several weeks earlier to view samples and select tile. Installer came onsite to measure, then ordered tiles. Back onsite to install. Very pleased with appearance of tiles and installation. Already planning to have same company install similar tiles in bathroom.

Everything went well. Elizabeth waited on us at the store and showed us various types and styles of carpet. She let us take home samples. Tom came out to our house to measure and called with an estimate the next day. We signed the contract next day and they came out the following Monday. When removing the carpet, the installers commented that the existing pad was better than the one I bought. Talked to Tom on the phone and he agreed to take back the pad and credit us $167. Remainder of installation went well. Excellent installers. Basement looks great.

The installation went well and looked great. There was only one hitch were I noticed a little grout missing in the laundry room. I called to notify them and they returned promptly and fixed it.

I had a bonus room finished and needed to purchase carpet and have it installed. I shopped around at multiple carpet dealers and found Carpet Country to be the most helpful and the best deal overall. Tom, with Carpet Country, first scheduled an in-home appointment with me to measure the area. He was punctual and answered all of my questions. Over the next several weeks I took several samples home to see the carpet in different lighting of the room and to assist in my paint choice. Tom was very patient through this process and encouraged me to take me my time so that I would be more likely to be happy with my final decision. When I selected my carpet and placed my order, the carpet arrived within a week, which was exactly when I was told to expect it, and the work was scheduled at my convenience within the next few days. The installers did a very good job with the installation and were very professional. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I particularly liked the low-pressure style and assistance/knowledge of the sales staff. They obviously care about their customers and help them make the best choice for their particular need. I also liked the wide selection of flooring. Finally, I was given a very competitive bid on the carpet and installation. I found the entire process to be very simple and hassle-free.

The carpet/tile install went fine. Long story short, I had decided to carpet an upstairs hallway at the last minute and wife called to find out if there would be enough left over carpet to do so. We were assured that there would not be so we went ahead and ordered additional carpet for the said hallway at an additional cost of approx. $400. When the installer came to begin carpet installation, he told us we had plenty left over to do the hallway and said he didn't know why they would have told us we didn't. After telling us a few other things, he was afraid of losing his job for doing so. Joe Rode (owner) instructed the installer to cut the carpet up in a way that would have insured we did not have enough to do the hallway and told the installer that if he told us this that he would eat the cost of the additional carpet and I quote "I will take it out of your a**". We promised the installer we would not let Joe know he shared all of this information with us or show Joe the piece of carpet that the installer in fact did not cut up against orders so he would not lose his job. Joe Rode came to our home to inspect the job and continued to lie to us about the amount of carpet that was needed for the hallway just to make more money. We instructed Joe that we would not be paying for the additional carpet that we were instructed we needed and we did not appreciate his dishonesty. He stuck to his story even though I had the piece out in the garage that would have done the job. I told him I no longer wanted him or his company to finish the job and I would handle it myself. Joe Rode is dishonest and rude and puts profits before repeat business as this is the second time I used his company. I would advise anyone who is considering using this company to steer clear as you will never know if you are being ripped off. We only knew because the installer was honest enough to give us the full story when the ownership was trying to screw us.

I think it was very good. Everyone was very professional. I have no complaints at all. I was very satisfied with the job. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It went very well. I thought they were prompt and courteous and easy to work with. They did a very good job on the installation and we have no complaints.

The work was fine. The tile we wanted wasn't readily available and they tried to change our mind about choosing something else. The workers were very good and when they ran behind they let us know.

The estimation was terrible. They had to put a seam in the hallway that was very visible. I called and they would not return our calls or get back to us for over three weeks. They finally came out and it didn't do much better. They didn't do any better when they tried. They sent out another manager and he said it was obviously worn out and they would replace it. Then he called later and said that they wouldn't be able to fix the problem.

We were in a rush to get our house on the market. They came out, gave us a quote, and replaced the carpet in a short period of time.

Charlie, at Carpet country, came to our house and looked at our carpeting. He determined that our previous carpeting had been improperly installed (by another company) and now would need replaced throughout our house. Charlie and the management at Carpet Country seemed sympathetic to our problem and discussed the pricing with us from redoing the entire house (3 levels) to one level at a time. The installation was performed by their certified installers. They showed up on time and worked quickly and carefully so as not to damage our walls and baseboards. When my husband pointed out a problem they quickly worked to correct it. After the installation they cleaned everything up and vacuumed in each room. They did an excellent job!

Carpet country installed carpet in our living/dining/ area and our master bedroom about 5 years ago. Charley was our sales person. We are well satisfied with the product and have had no problems with the installation. Recently our cat had an accident on the light gold living room carpet. Red Food Dye was involved, and regular spot remover was not cleaning the carpet. We called Carpet Country, and Charley helped us on the phone at 7 PM on a week night. He told us he would call us back and he did within the hour!! He had information from the carpet manufacturer and from a professional carpet cleaning service. Thanks to his research we were able to get our carpet back to like new condition!!!! I think this is unusually great service! I would definitely recommend this company.

Took a little longer than what we were told. I was disappointed because of this. Price was pretty comparable to everyone else. The tile looks great. I was happy with the work, the delay in the time period was the only problem. Professionalism of the salesperson was excellent.

They are the nicest and easiest people to work with. They came out to the house a couple of times to make sure they had measured correctly. Upon installation, the two carpet installers were very professional and worked very quickly and efficiently. The job was supposed to take two and a half days but only took a little over one and a half days. They cleaned up everything and vacuumed as they finished rooms. I am very pleased with their work.

They did a great job. I dealt with Charlie who managed the process. Dave was the installation team manager. Both of them were wonderful to work with. They were both professional and very receptive to my needs and concerns. They made sure I was happy.
