They do real good. I think they're honest, and they did a good job. One of the neighbors have used them a few years. I think they're a little high because usually, I don't like to pay that much of a service charge, but that might be normal I don't know. I just try to stick with someone I know. I think it's a little high. They were on time. I think they do good work, but I don't think they are going to do anything that doesn't need to be done, but I think they're honest. I think the service charge is a little high, I'm just telling it like it is. I think they do a good job, they're not going to take you and do something that shouldn't be done. I had that happen a few years ago.

Very reliable and knowledgeable technicians. Would hire again and again.

Their service was fine. I was happy with their service. I would say they were very professional. Their price seemed reasonable to me, it certainly was within what I expected. The quality of the service was good. As I recall, they came really quickly. They were professional.

The furnace stopped working on what had to have been (Murphy's law) the coldest day of the year. After my husband tried everything he could to troubleshoot it. I found Carl's Heating & Cooling through a buddy of mine and he came out right away and was able to fix the problem (after hours) within only moments of being at my house. The service call was more than reasonably priced, and Carl was an all around great guy. He was personable, honest, and I'd use him again without thinking twice. I'm late on writing the review because I didn't realize he was on Angie's List until my wife found him to come out for our AC unit this evening!

The unit stopped working either early this morning or sometime last night. We use the programmable thermostat during the day (and keep it on 72) when we are not home. When my husband got home it was one 81 degrees. It kept climbing from there. After troubleshooting, I finally got on Angie's List and found Carl because he was close to our home and offered 24 hour service. The great thing about Carl is that he doesn't up his rates after hours. I was expecting to pay much more than we did. My husband tried as best he could to determine the issue, and thought it would be a much more costly repair, but Carl came out and within 30 seconds of looking at it knew that it was the condenser. He had everything fixed and ready to go in less than an hour, and was personable, honest, and made it an all around pleasant experience. There is nothing more terrifying than your AC unit going out during one of the hotter days of summer, when you think about having to sell a vital organ on the black market to pay to replace it! I'm glad we called Carl because my husband couldn't find the name of the fella that came to fix our furnace a couple years back, and as soon as Carl pulled into the driveway, he knew who we were. We are lucky to have him as our go-to guy for our Heating & AC needs, and you should all be so lucky! :) Also, the 10% off for Angie's List members was a happy perk!

We were extremely happy with Carl's responsiveness and level of service. The estimate and installation process occurred very quickly, so we were not without air conditioning for long. Also, the pricing was also reasonable as well.

They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. Received appropriate documentation to begin work and had AC working in time for my daughters bridal shower the next afternoon. Highly recommend.

It is below freezing outside. I called the office late morning, the service was complete by 5 p.m. Carl's son did the work. A nice personable young guy who wasted no time getting the job done. He replaced the motor in approximately 1 hour. For a 21 year old, he knows what he is doing. I expect he worked with his dad for many years growing up.

A/C coil had a hole in it and A/C unit was frozen. Carl came out right away. He was very polite and professional. Called a large national named company first (don't know why). National company quoted $1600 more for the same service and it took 2 appointments with them to find the issue and get a cost to repair. Carl took about 10 minutes to find the issue, quoted a great price and came the next day to repair. Replaced A coil and did some extra work that was needed. Carl is the best. I will continue to call him for all out HVAC needs. Great guy, highly recommend him,

Carl was out at our house just last month to repair our A/C unit. So when the weather changed and we kicked on our furnace it worked for a couple days then nothing. So Carl was so awesome last month when he repaired our A/C and was about a thousand dollars cheaper than the other company that came out, we decided to call him again. Carl found out what was wrong, ordered the part, which took all weekend (out of everyone's control). The part came in and Carl called us to tell us he would be in first thing Monday morning. He came and fixed the furnace, on Monday and everything works great. If you need HVAC work done don't call anyone else but Carl. It will be worth your time and money.

They are excellent. He knows a lot about heating and cooling. He is very responsive to any problems.

Carl is great! Best service provider on the southside. He never charges extra for after hour or weekend appointments. He really knows what he is doing - and is honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. I trust Carl enough that I even schedule the appointments when I am not home - and don't give it a second thought. He has been working on/maintaining our HVAC systems for a couple of years now, and we haven't had a problem that Carl couldn't handle!

I had to call Carl's after hours because when I returned from work the furnace was not warming the house. He doesn't charge extra for emergency service or after hour. I called at about 7:00 and he was here and made the necessary repair in less than an hour. I really appreciated his prompt response.

They were very professional. They pointed out that I might have put the wrong burners in my furnace. I was pleasantly surprised at their price.

My furnace went out in December. It was very cold. It was in the teens and I didn't think he'd be able to come out but he came out and got to my place about 9:30 or 10 that night. It didn't take him long to fix it. It was a part that needed to be replaced. He went to his truck, got the new part, installed it and my furnace was up and running again. He is a good, reliable, hardworking person to call and you can really tell he loves his job. He charged me about $75 for a service call and with the part, it was about $184.00. I would use him again. He also does a lot of work on mobile homes.
