Tom Small made arrangements to provide an estimate for a small bathroom we had gutted. He always arrived on time, was thorough and had great ideas. As he appraised the situation he gave insight and suggestions for making the room useful as well as attractive. Tom had a plumber come in to assist, but he actually layed the tile floor, installed the shower, did the drywall and patching, built a wall and installed a door and moved electrical wires. He was efficient and very conscientious about the quality of work - He estimated the plumber's cost and was slightly low but overall the costs were fair for the job!

Everything went fine. He showed up on time. He did a great job, cleaned up when he was finished. He was very personable. He completed the job on time.

TOM SMITH WAS FABULOUS! HE WAS ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF ME ON SHORT NOTICE AS I WAS HAVING MY ATTIC INSULATED AND DIDN'T WANT HIM IN THE ATTIC ONCE THE INSULATION WAS SPRAYED. EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED A NEW FAN, TOM RECOMMENDED I CONTINUE TO USE THE FAN ALREADY THERE AS IT STILL WORKED & IT WAS ACTUALLY MORE POWERFUL & EFFICIENT THAN THE FAN I BOUGHT. TOM'S HONESTY COST HIM $$ BUT SAVED ME $$ AS I DECIDED TO GO W/HIS RECOMMENDATION AND NOT INSTALL THE FAN. HOW REFRESHING, SOMEONE WHO ALSO LOOKS OUT FOR THE CLIENT'S BEST INTEREST. NOT ALWAYS EASY TO FIND. TOM WAS PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, HONEST AND AS I STATED ACCOMMODATED ME ON SHORT NOTICE EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE. CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION AND TOM SMITH WILL BE THE ONLY SERVICE COMPANY I EVER CONTACT AGAIN WHEN I NEED SOMETHING DONE AROUND MY HOUSE.
