+ -1 moreThey do so. While pulling them up they fell off the wall and almost hit me in the head! I called and asked them to fix and refund the installation fee. It took 3 weeks and 6 phone calls to get them to reinstall them. I am waiting on the refund but figure they will not give it. Not worth the savings over other companies-total lack of customer service.
Description of Work: I hired them to put blinds up in my house.

+ -1 moreBlinds came in as indicated (maybe a couple of days before which was fine for me). Mr. King called & came to the house to install the blinds. He was punctual, friendly, honest & installed blinds in a timely fashion. Did an excellent job. Would highly recommend him to others. In fact, I have hired this company for another job as well.
Description of Work: Hired Budget Blinds to come to my home for an estimate. Greg King arrived on time as scheduled. Measured & gave me an estimate for three windows to have blinds installed. Offered suggestions & had ample samples to show me. I accepted the estimate & the order was placed. He indicated it would probably be two weeks before blinds were in which I thought was normal period of time.
