I am very pleased with Ms. Ottney who is self-employed, works alone and comes to us every other week. My 94 year-old father resides with me, making it especially important that Ms. Ottney is flexible and willing to undertake projects that are beyond those expected of the traditional housekeeper. She is conscientious -- it is rare to see someone scrubbing tile floors while on her hands and knees. Ms. Ottney is open to experimentation and trying new products. Additionally, she takes the initiative while still collaborating with me on cleaning.

She cleaned the my 4 bdrm 3 bathroom 1800 square foot house from top to bottom. Excellent job done. She's done work for me before so I didnt have to take time off work. I just gave her my garage code and she did her thing. My house looks brand new now as a bachelor it's nice to have a womans touch on your home. It looks and smells so clean. She even thoughtfully placed pictures and cards up that were just laying around. You pay for what you get and this was well worth it. She even let my two Yorkies out for a potty break ! I'll be hiring her again for sure!

The service is spectacular, from the carpet cleaning, to the bathrooms look immaculate. I feel as if I walk into a brand new house after everytime she comes to clean.

Fantastic she's the best!
Description of Work: Roberta came out and did a deep clean on my home. My roomate had moved out and left the place a wreck. Birdie her nick name came out the same day I called and did a complete deep clean on the home. She even found my son's favorite Voltron toy he had been looking for! I would hire her again in a heart beat!
