 + -1 moreHe took my money and left. I've been in court several times, but I still haven't got any money. I kept calling him, but he didn't respond. In fact, he kept dodging the police to get served papers to come to court, but he finally had been in court and they threw him in jail for a few days, but I still haven't got my money. He's supposed to pay me by this November, but I don't think he will.
Description of Work: Biddle Property Services was supposed to do roofing work for me.

Description of Work: I paid Brian Biddle $4,300.00 he never did the work and he stole my money. Can't even get him to appear in court. BEWARE!

 + -1 moreWe started to contact him in August in order to make the repairs. He said at that time he was too busy due to all of the hail damage. I said that was ok, we would wait a few weeks. In October, he agreed to start the work and took our deposit check of $3,700.00, but then kept pushing the date back. He even came as recently as two weeks ago to say he would start work the following money and has still not shown up. He keeps giving us dates and doesn't show up for the work. I have left him a message requesting a refund of the deposit, and still have not heard back from him. I am now taking him to small claims court. We have sued this company in court for $ 4,200.00. They took my deposit and never did the work. We have been to court twice. He has never shown up. We go back in April. Meanwhile my roof is leaking and I have no money.
Description of Work: We hired him to replace our roof and siding due to hail damage. He even took a piece of the siding off of the house so he could match it up.
