Called after I received the invoice and asked him for a warranty on his work. VERY defensive and said nothing he did needed a warranty.

They came out and did a good job. They charged me more than what was on the advertisement because they said my lawn was larger. When I brought it up to him and explained no one told me this beforehand he adjusted the price back. They were very accommodating.

When we were billed for an extra amount despite instructions of where in the yard to skip service, the owner was nice enough to disregard the extra charge. A neighbor's invisible fence was also clipped, but they took care of the charges for that, too. Very responsive.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out okay. I didn't pay any additional. I didn't feel like they put enough grass seed down and I haven't had any grass come up yet.

The seeding didn't do good, the aeration was okay. I haven't seen any results from the seeding. There were no additional charges. They were on time, and they got the job done.

.It went very well. The service was performed while I was gone.

We will probably go with them, but nothing has actually been done. The quote was reasonable. I've never had anybody particularly outstanding, but they were good and prompt.

Workers who performed the work were professional. They completed the job and cleaned up driveway & sidewalks after work was completed. I was surprised to receive a bill in my mailbox for an additional charge due to excess square footage so I called owner and was told to disregard. Received another statement in the mail for zero balance.

The aeration the Company did was fine, the seeding seemed to be done pretty rapidly and light, but not a big deal for the price. However, for the first time ever, I have had to rate a company with a D (or even a C). On 4/16, I received an email through Angie's List from the Company setting a date for the aeration of Saturday, 4/19. No time of day was given and, the Company set the date. I wrote back through the same channels that we had a fenced yard and a dog and requested that they call when on their was (everyone has cell phones in this business) so we could put the dog up, and provided our phone number. We made sure someone was home all day and were on the alert from 8 AM on. At a little before 5 PM, I finally tracked down a phone number for the Company contact on Angie's List (there are no phone numbers on the Company's website, and I had shortly before sent an email asking if they were going to come or not). I got hold of Jeff Beeson who told me he had just heard from his men that they were way behind because people had asked them to do things other than what they were there for, and that they were, indeed, not going to come out Saturday at all. He could not understand why I was upset that we had stayed around the house all day waiting when no one was coming and apparently the men in the field likely knew at about 12 or 1:00 that they were so far behind that they were not going to make it and could have called at that time. At about 8:15, another Beeson called, Brock, and said he understood I had called the office and was upset that they had not come that day and that he was, indeed, calling me now to tell me they were not going to make it that day and, again, just offered excuses why they didn't make it and when asked why they couldn't have called at 12 or 1 to say they weren't going to make it so we could have moved on with our day, he said he "couldn't just drop what he was doing" to make phone calls and said they would be out Monday afternoon, weather permitting. I again requested that they call or maybe at least come to the door first so I could be sure the dog was in the house. They arrived at about 2:20 Monday, just opened the large side gate to the yard, left it open, and went in - no call, no stopping at the front door to say they were here. Luckily, the dog was in the house at the time. When I asked why they hadn't called or stopped at the front door, after we had told them several times we had a dog, they pretty much just looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. BTW, when they came out previously to measure for the aeration, I asked that they call first because of the dog and they did not respond at that time, either and just marched through the gate.

They took a very long time to schedule the service and then my lawn company advised that any new seed that was put down would die due to some weed control treatment that had been applied previously. I have requested a refund for the Big Deal.

They were great. They do a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything nicely; that's what we liked the most about it. The prices were very comparable especially for the job that they did. The quality of their work and the price stood out to me the most. Their people are very professional and very clean. We would definitely continue to use them in the future.

My family moved into our current home this summer. We've had an ill family member, along with several other issues, contributing to a high level of stress in our lives and no time to properly take care of another yard. We were referred to Beeson Lawn Care by an acquaintance. We contacted the owner, Brock Beeson, obtained a quote for total lawn maintenance, and he began immediately. Beeson Lawn Care has maintained our property since July 1, and we couldn't be happier. They check our property regularly and, if needed, perform maintenance. If mowing/trimming isn't required (during the driest part of the summer), they don't touch the lawn or bill us. We don't have to ask them to slow down - they just do it. That is a case of business ethics that is totally refreshing! Charges are very competitive, especially considering that their attention to detail is impeccable, and billing is hassle-free. I can honestly say that Beeson Lawn Care is one of the best companies I've ever hired.
