Mark found 3 sprinkler heads needed to be replaced and there was broken pipe that needed repaired. He fixed those problems, turned on system and set controller to runs. He did back flow test and will submit paperwork to water company.

We have used them past 3 yrs. Someone always comes sometime in the spring to turn on our sprinklers and check them to make sure they are in working order. They also take care of paper work for backflow testing. Great to work with.

After evaluation my current irrigation system, Mark said he could begin in about 2 1/2 weeks. After waiting two weeks, i called to see when they would be coming. He told me his current job was taking longer than he thought and it would be another week to ten days. That would put the start date at the beginning of July 4th week. He said he was going to take some time off and that maybe he could start the day after the 4th. I called again at the end of June to confirm his start date. He said that he was taking the week of the fourth off and that he would start on Monday the 9th. On Monday the 9th, no one called and no one showed up. On Tuesday the 10th I called his office and said forget the whole thing and to not bother coming by. My original call was in early May; in almost mid-July I canceled the work. In all that time, not once did he or anyone in his office call to tell me what the situation was, I had to call them. I consider this totally unprofessional. Though Aqua Pro takes care of a lot of irrigation systems on my street, i cannot recommend the company to anyone.

He did his work thoroughly, cleaned up, and was on his way.

My goal was to receive 5 estimates for the work to be done. I reviewed Angie's List for potential contractors, I also had feedback from a co-worker who was having one installed based on feedback from another friend. While I was in the review process I observed the work being done at my co-workers house by Aqua Pro. After reviewing all of the estimates I chose Aqua Pro. Aqua Pro was on Angie List as an "A" but did not have as many reviews as a couple others and they were not the lowest bid as well (about middle). Angie's List as well as positive feedback from co-worker and friend and first hand review of installation was the determining factor for me Mark Wilson experience and knowledge of the product sealed the deal. I liked the option of Hunter controls and Rain Bird nozzles. I was told were I was at on the schedule and how long it would take. the only thing that affected the schedule was rain. which in fact proved to delay the start. They arrived on site about 8:00 A.M. and worked late into the day, It took 3 days as estimated (6 zones 42 heads) They installed a wireless module (Solar-Sync) to the control Unit to automatically adjust the cycle time base on conditions of heat and rain - this is a water conservation tool and very automatic set it once and let it do the work. I have recommended to two neighbors since.
