Angie was very polite, prompt and professional. She came to my house in person, presented her companies background in a clear and concise manner. She presented the plethora of options available and narrowed down the possibilities to give us a clear estimate of the project. We are still evaluating pool installers.

Thank you Angie! Your techs were very professional and did a super job. They were etremely knowledgeable and were willing to give helpful advice about maintaining my pool. I have to admit that they were hard workers spending 4-5 hours on task. I was amazed to see that my pool was crystal clear in three hours.It is important that I note that while working with the muraitic acid Angie's tech made me bring Princess, my Yorkie, into the house because he didn't want to take any chances that she might get hurt.Yes, I will be calling Angie's Pool and Spa for my opeening and closing services in the future.

Called this company to close my pool and install a temp pool cover as my auto pool cover was broken. Showed up on time - charged me $650.00 - yes - I said $650.00 and expected me to pay right then. I called the management and they explained that they expected payment at time of service. No one told me that - I would have been prepared. When I asked why it was so much - they said it was because they had to use so much anti-freeze and the cost of the cover and weights. I've had this pool for 7 years - no one has ever used that much anti-freeze before. Also said they replaced parts - without my knowledge or permission. Paid the bill and decided not to use them again. The pool cover was destroyed by February because they didn't install it correctly or weight it down correctly - it was floating in my pool. and then today - I had my pool opened today by another company and wanted to warn everyone about Angie's. This new company wanted to know who closed the pool because it was incorrect and there was a broken part - a $200.00 Nature 2 part - never broken before. They said it was because whoever closed the pool tightened it too tight. Then they explained that Angie's closed the gas valve but not the valve inside of the unit - and this wasn't correct because it causes many gas heaters to go bad over the winter. All of the other companies that I have had open and close - ABC Pools, Underwater Unlimited all closed the pools correctly and shut the correct valves and didn't break parts and charge $650.00. This company has cost me close to $1000.00 due to their lack of professionalism and the laziness of their workers. Will never do business with them again!!!!

All the people over there are awesome. They are very friendly and very helpful. They answer all your questions and they are very informative. Whenever we had any problem they helped us figure it out.

I've used them since I bought the pool. Anytime you go to their office they give you all kinds of help. And Angie is excellent.

All of the work went really well. They arrived on time and, most important, they did a really good job with the liner replacement. We'd had multiple problems with our prevoius company and spent a lot of money trying to get a smooth nice liner. Now our liner is wrinkle free and staying tucked in the way it's supposed to. They are friendly and professional. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

They were great to work with. The bid seemed like it was in line with the amount of work and the cost of the materials. They did a great job with qaulity work. The 29 year old diving stand and board are like new again.

This was our second time putting in an inground pool. We knew what to look for and the questions to ask when we put this pool in our current house. Our last house we used a different company. We had thought that the other company did a good job. But after using Angie's, we think Angie's crew did a much better job. They were meticulous in their work and overall did an excellent job. Their guys were professional, courteous and maintained a clean work site. Paul is part owner and came out everyday to check on the progress. We would recommend them to anyone considering putting in a pool.

We have been using Angie's Pool and Spa to open and close our pool since May 2007. This is the first time our experience has not been good. They used totally different procedure for closing our pool than they did last year. They informed us at the last minute that they no longer will remove the walk-in plastic stairs for us, and they recommended we just leave them in for the winter. They began to vacuum the leaves from the center of the pool (I was going to do it the day before, the the lady on the phone from Angie's said that wasn't necessary they would do it). Well, they were unable to finish vacuuming because they showed me that one of the hoses from the skimmer to the pump had collapsed. They said they did not carry hoses with them. So they told me it was okay to just leave the remaining leaves and dirt in the pool that it would not leave a stain. Because of the bad hose, they also were unable to lower the water level at all. The pool is still completely full of water. They put a couple of plugs into the skimmer and eyeball area, added chemicals, then just covered the whole thing up. When I was younger, I used to close the pool up myself, and I never would have left it in this condition. They sure didn't do $249.00 worth of work as far as I can tell. Weather or not I will use them again will depend on the condition of the pool in the spring. If I uncover the pool in the spring and the skimmer is cracked from being full of frozen water all winter, or if the steps are ruined, then I certainly won't use them again. Trouble is, I just won't know if what they did will cause damage until next May. They also did not cover up the heater or the sand filter (the covers where in the cabinet with everything else). They did not put the small water pump on top of the pool cover which they always did in the past (it was also in the cabinet). I was right here in the house the entire time they were working. If there was anything they couldn't find, all they had to do was ask me. Also, there is now water leaking from the skimmer area on the outside wall of the pool running down the outside wall leaving lime deposits and possibly rust. When I called to ask about it, nobody seemed to want to do anything about it, so I guess I'll try to get some of the water out of the pool myself with the small pump from on top of the cover. I have never heard of anyone who closes up a pool like this.

They did various services we didn't ask them to do and charged us for materials we already had. They did an okay job, but there is still some room for improvement.

I brought in my a pump strainer for replacement and I dropped the part they supplied into the skimmer. I came out less than 3 hours later and my pump had burned up. So after that I had to have my pump replaced. They have Hayward pumps on display in the store. When I called to get prices on pump replacement, they tried to sell me a different manufacturer. I went to another pool store for my new pump. In previous years, they had me adding too much chlorine to my pool.

It was a very complicated installation, due to the elevation of our land and the long distances the gas and water lines had to be run. At the end of the project they had to coordinate work with our deck builder so the concrete would come right up to the deck and under the stairs. It all turned out beautifully and was completed in a timely manner. They started work on July 3rd, and it was totally complete by August 8th. Needless to say it has been a squelching hot summer and they never missed a day of work unless it was raining. We are very pleased with the quality of work, as well as Paul, Angie, and Chris always communicating with us and doing what they said they were going to do. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to install a pool.

Pool opening went very well. I was somewhat apprehensive at first, as we have always done our own pool opening and closing, but I was very pleased with the three young people who came out to do the job. They were very nice and did a great job. They started out by removing our pool cover and water tubes (our pool has a deck all the way around it). They scrubbed them clean and bagged them for us. They vacuumed the pool (water was pretty clear already). They re-checked all the hose attachments, as I had hooked them up already to put water in the pool. They put in the needed chemicals, put in both our ladder and steps and were done in about two hours. Very nice job. I will definitely have them do our pool openings and closings from now on! It was a fantastic experience! I had made several calls to various companies, and Angie's was very competitive, but what made them stand out was the attention to details. They wanted to make sure that once the heater was installed, it was going to be trouble free. Before I ordered the heater, Paul came out to the house for a pre-installation inspection.

Our experience was and is excellent through the entire process. Discussing and investigating initial pool and other assoc features with Angie, working with her husband Paul and his crew through construction and their staff during winter shut downs and spring start ups. There great service continues now while going into their shop for water tests and purchasing chemicals. The few problems or concerns we have experienced have been properly taken care without any hassle what so ever.

I had problem with pool liner during the 1st year and called them to look at it. They brought the liner representative with them and they told me there were no problems. I called them the 2nd year unhappy with the liner because there were 2 holes in the liner and they told me to patch them. I got the patch kit, did the job, and called to voice concern where I was told it was fine even though they hadn't looked at it for a year. During the 3rd year I called because there was water under the liner and they told me the stabilizer was off in the water, which ruined the liner thus making my warranty invalid. I paid a lot of money for a pool liner and a warranty and wouldn't recommend Angie's Pool and Spa to anyone. They tell you everything is fine, then later try to blame their problems on something else. The bottom line is that their are very hidden loopholes in their warranty. Our last pool liner (not from them) lasted 14 years. This one didn't even make it past the 1st year.

This company is a ''Class A'' business. Their attention to detail, customer service and knowledge level was the best I've ever experienced. I spoke to many pool companies before I decided and let me tell you I made an excellent choice. The installation was smooth, uneventful and delivered ONTIME! The great thing is that when they are doing your pool that is the only one they are doing so you get their full attention until completion!!!

I called 2 times and left information for them to contact me so we could setup a time to have my pool opened. I called for the 3rd time to see why I had not heard from them and they stated they have been very busy. They offered to take my information down again and I told them I left my info twice within the month and I still have not heard anything. I asked to speak to the person who does the scheduling of appointments and they told me I could not talk to her because she was busy.

VERY QUICK RESPONSE - HAD COME OUT PRIOR TO LOOK AT SYSTEM AND GIVE ESTIMATE, AT NO CHARGE - VERY EFFICIENT, AND OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

I CALLED THEM BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY POOL SINCE LAST SUMMER. MY OTHER POOL COMPANY SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I CALLED THEM AND THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD ME HOW TO FIX IT STEP BY STEP. MY POOL HASN'T WORKED SO GOOD IN 2 YEARS. THEY ANALYZE YOUR WATER AND HELP YOU WITH PRODUCTS. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I AM BEING TREATED LIKE AN INTELLIGENT ADULT, SO REFRESHING.

WE CHOSE NOT TO HAVE A POOL INSTALLED, BUT NOT BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND ENTHUSIASTIC. IF WE CHOOSE TO HAVE WORK DONE AT A LATER TIME WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED.

EXCELLENT GROUP OF WORKERS. HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE. PRICES APPEAR WELL BELOW EVEN INTERNET SUPPLIERS. ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND TO CALLS/QUESTIONS.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH - I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO BE THERE FOR THE SERVICE - THEY LEFT AN INVOICE IN MY MAIL BOX. THIS WAS A POOL THAT CAME WITH A HOUSE WE RECENTLY PURCHASED. IT DID NOT HAVE A COVER. AFTER THE INITIAL CLOSING OF THE POOL, WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE A COVER. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND INSTALLED IT. A VERY EASY EXPERIENCE.

I COMPARED OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE I WENT WITH ANGIE''S POOL AND SPA. ANGIE''S WAS RECOMMENDED BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DID NOT DO ABOVE GROUND POOLS. BEFORE THEY STARTED WORK, THEY SENT A CONTRACT SAYING EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD DO. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. MY OPINION IS THAT THEY AND THEIR PEOPLE ARE YOUNG AND HAPPY TO BE DOING WHAT THEY ARE DOING, BOTH THE REPAIR PEOPLE AND THE STORE PEOPLE.
