Bryan installed the water heater on 6/9/2008. Since then, I have noticed that there seems to be a lack of hot water in my home. (I would have to run just hot water, no cold, for the bath. I went to check the water heater and could not find the knob to adjust temperature, nor could I locate the pilot light. Since the water heater was installed only about 4 1/2 months ago, I called Bryan to inquire about the problem. He said that he would come back out to look at it for a $65 service call fee. I inquired to see if there was a pilot light that I should be looking for, but he was not willing to give me any info until he came out to look at it (for a $65 charge). I reviewed my receipt, and he had hand written "12 year water heater, 1 year warranty labor". I was very surprised that he is not even willing to come out to see if it was a defect with the water heater or an error with the installation, especially since he had written warranty info on the receipt. I feel that there should be some follow up for this situation, which I am not receiving. I had planed to use him for future projects, but at this time, I do not feel like I will be working with this company anymore.
