I wasn't happy that the job wasn't completed on july 13th as promised and the technician walk off the job on the 14th.

Allen Home Services contacted us immediately, came out within two hours (we expected it would be days), diagnosed and completed the job for a fair price within two hours. We were blown away with the knowledge, experience, professionalism and customer service. We would definitely hire them again and could not give a higher recommendation. THIS is the way this service should work...providing excellent, reliable services organizations that meet and exceed expectations!

The customer service I received over the phone, and the service I received from the tech that came out the very next day, was outstanding!! However, they were EXPENSIVE! I really wish I would have hired elsewhere. I had another provider contact me right after I had Allen come out who would have charged me $90 for the same work that I paid $235 for. I knew I was being taken but I did not want to have to hassle with scheduling another contractor. They were there for less than an hour to install a thermostat! I would have done it myself but was told I needed a wire ran, which was not the case. All in all, the quality was good, the price was awful!

I do not think it could have been no better

The gentleman (Edgar Coffield) that serviced my home was kind, courteous and very professional. He explained everything step by step and gave me many recommendations to help combat my problem in the future. Very knowledgeable in his profession as mentioned, obeyed all Covid 19 restrictions and cleaned up after doing his work. I will probably stick with this company after experiencing. Other companies in the past were not as professional as the gentleman I worked with and charged way too much for their services.

The gentleman who did our work was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. He did great work, and I got a brief tutorial on how all of our old (110 year-old house) functions. The value was outstanding overall

They didn't let me know that there was a problem with the scheduled arrival time. They also brought a excavator when I thought the were going to bring a trencher. They agreed to bring a trencher and the water line was installed by the end of the day. Everything was to my satisfaction after the misunderstanding was corrected.

Jimmy quoted on Monday and work was completed Thursday afternoon. Took out all old cast iron plumbing installed new pvc piping. Install cleanout tee on main stack to provide easy access for drain cleaning. Replaced piping to septic tank.

Edgar worked at clearing our main sewer drain-line until He and I were both assured that the blockage had been eliminated and line was running free . He had Me fill washer with Maximum Water Level and discharge the water into the main sewer line FOUR times to verify Perfect Function. Also, Edgar was one of the most PROFESSIONAL & NICEST Men I Have EVER Had The Pleasure Of Meeting. What a GREAT Company ! Dave Meador
