The technician was a fraud and cheat. He told me he was replacing fan motor and blower for $900+, he just replaced motor only. The motor costs less than $200!

The Allen company (Emily) was very easy to work with in getting the Project setup and also the follow-up. The plumber (according to the report ) made sure that everything was clear and ready for use. They were the 1st to respond to my request for service; I'm happy that I went went them and would do so again if needed!

We were very happy with Allen Home Services. When they gave us the estimate for the job they explained exactly what they would do. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. Everyone we talked to from Emily that answered the phone, Chad that gave us the estimate, Chris and his crew that completed the job were very nice and knowledgeable. They explained all parts of the job. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for the other home services they offer.

The part that was replaced, valve and flapper, cost $18.98 at Loweâ s and Allen Plumbing charged me $97.00 for that part and $199.00 for labor. I feel that I was taken advantage of. Iâ m a widow on a fixed income and $296.00 was very costly. So, I will not recommend them. David, the tech, was very kind and professional.
